βI love Trader Joe's. It's just super far away so can't go regularly. I'd go for all my grocery needs if they were closer. Prices are comparable to other stores and so many different choices than a traditional store. Fun stuff to try.β

βTalk about a diamond on the rough. The steaks, ground beef, and chicken are amazing. You just have to get past the fact your buying them at a gas station. If you can do that you will have found the best deli/ butcher in town. lol or maybe the only one in town. Prices are perfect. Never had the sandwiches but the meat quality is great. Hit or miss on the staff. Some are really friendly and others are .... well.... not. But I guess you have to remember it is a gas station general store. Keep up the good work.β
βWhen they have sales, this place is the best!! I once got packages of strawberries for $1 each! And a 2lb box of grapes for $2! I did have to fish through them to find the ones that looked the least spoiled, but at a price like that I'm totally not complaining. Their variety is fantastic, and YOU ALREADY KNOW ABOUT THE DONUTS ? (if you don't, drop what you're doing, go buy a bag (or two), stick a donut in the microwave for 10 seconds, and let your tastebuds be transported to heaven).
Update: their sandwiches are incredible too!!!β

βDecent sized store with lots of good deals whenever you visit! Easy to find what you're looking for, seeing as many Aldi stores are set up very similarly. Pretty impressive selection. They have many things you'll find at bigger markets. Meat (low prices!) bakery items, snack foods (trail mix, chips, etc..) produce, pasta, canned goods, boxed items (rice, pasta for example) beverages, dairy, frozen foods, deli type items such as packaged meats/cheeses. Great value. Clean store. Friendly employees. Just wish they had more registers open on a busy weekend (only 2 & at first, just 1!) Large shopping carts (bring your quarters to use, they'll be refunded when carts are replaced!) Bring your own reusable bags, or buy them at a low price here. Restroom for customer's needs with baby changing stations. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessible. EBT accepted.β
βEthnic (latin) foods.. esp LOVE Cafe Caribe coffee (instant is awesome & best price around). I'm from Syracuse, NY, and I always stop here on trek to east coast.β
βHector is a snake...Very nice guy initially..then turned out to be deceiving..He was a gift and a curse..got the job done for reasonable price however charged me $400 dollars for a part turn out the part was a USED part...charged me 120 for valve covers and this dummy used worn out valve covers...He had my car for 8 whole days then gave it back to me in limp mode. After 2mos of trying to find a mechanic to work behind his work..I was informed that this dummy left several wires disconnecting in my vehicle causing it to be in limp mode...He didn't even want to fix his own dam mistakes he made..just terrible..All around I will never bring my car back to him and I learned a very valuable lesson ?..bless beβ
βGreat prices awesome seafood section. Deli is stocked with great entrees cold meats. Bakery is booming with pastries of all kinds. Meats are excellent great prices and the quality is the best.
Helpful friendly folks. Even their music is good.β

βNice people, nice treat, the store is always super clean, their price are all right. Plus in 2009 something that I never gonna forgot, I was meeting with who was gonna be my husband Rip Peter Sanchez in this store. He pick me up there and that's way Sam's store is part of my life and my story. Now because my husband pastaway I have to cry every time the I pass through there. We marry and past 12 lovely years. Plus he always went to that store.β

Without hesitation he replaced my steaks $104 worth.He stands behind his products.I have been and will continue to be a faithful customer.Quality and great prices.

βI've been buying Tony's food for years it will never change. Kind man with a beautiful heart. He remembers everyone and understands all walks of life and never judges anyone. Helped me more times then I can count when I was in active addiction and now he always says how proud of me he is and puts extra food in with my order. Brought tears to his eyes the day I walked in with my kids looking amazing he came around the counter with a full blown line just to give me a hug and the boys candy. I guess it's a neighborhood thing because I've heard many similar stories he definitely takes care of his people and neighborhood and honestly deserves the world for having such a huge heart.β
βAlways great deals. Fresh produce, clean store with friendly employees. Plenty of parking. Handicap parking too. Shopping carts cost a quarter, you get it back when you return the cart. Bathrooms ? for customers. Just a well run store.β
βClean location, the Big Y in South Hadley is exceptional in produce, much better than Chicopee location. Lovely sitting area for snacks and a coffee. Enjoyed shopping here!β
βI get everything I can here. Deals are real, but check the expiration. Usually it's fine but some sections are heavily discounted for a reason. This is the place for boots and shoes as well! Always a surprise at what I'll find.β
βFantastic for high-quality groceries and specialty items. I don't live close by, but the Northampton location is near the highway, so I will keep finding ways to come back until I find a fully vegan grocery source.Note: If you have a pet with you or other reason to need well-shaded parking, the Easthampton location is better, as they have photovoltaic parking shades, and the Northampton location only has sanctimonious signs saying you can't bring your pet inside and also that you shouldn't leave them in the car, but offering no actual help to people traveling with pets for keeping them safe and comfortable while they are in the store.β
βNice deli with an appetizing selection of gourmet cheeses and daily hot meals for lunch all at reasonable prices. Friendly staff and local owners. I recommend checking them out.β

βGreat clean store with multiple options, organic, gluten free, etc. and very helpful employees. As a Prime member it's very convenient to shop and pickup. Pickup service is top notch and one of the best I've experienced. Shop wisely as some items can be pricey.β
βWe worked with your produce team for 17 days and they were great we bought 10-12 flats of strawberries and a box of bananas every day and they were great to work with we do have one complaint which isnβt their fault but we lost a lot of bananas with black spots and soft totally mush we threw a couple boxes away totally We hope to work with you again next year koodos to Big Y West Springfieldβ
βI was so worried about bringing our rescue dog Casino to a groomer due to unknown history, Kelly and Colleen are great, they are so considerate and caring about this little boy, and do a wonderful grooming on him. I highly recommend tails and tangles for any pet,cat or dog.?β

βI love going to Big Y for there deals and my grandson loves to ride in the car shopping cart. The cashier's are friendly and the shop is clean. Plenty parking , handicap accessible with plenty Handicap Parking as well. Customer Service is a plus as wellβ

It would be even better if they had a basket of Portuguese rolls, to make it a one stop shop. Possibly could get a daily wholesale-delivery from a local baker?β
βThe butcher that worked today 12/3 around noon time was outstanding. He took the time to assist me and my 17month old son with our selections. He walked with us from chicken, to beef, and then fish selections; using sanitary and food safety skills with each exchange and was spot on in his calculations.Ive had good and poor experiences with this store, however lately the good has been tipping the scale. Keep up the great work we love the local, small town feel!β

βI love the fresh food, bread sandwiches and delicious burgers, all made with real ingredients! The staff are soo welcoming and friendly. They answered all my questions about Lebanese food they sell. The store has wonderful international foods that we enjoy. My daughter won't eat burgers anywhere else.
Kid-friendliness: My child and I go in there often and they always show her which Lebanese treat to try...β
