“As a carpenter I have a customer that often writes me checks on this bank and I go there to cash them. They are very polite and helpful. Many banks charge you outrages fees and make it next to impossible to cash a check written on their own bank. I charge customers extra for those banks. But not coastal Heritage , no extra charges or hassels.”

“I had kind of a silly issue with my card I asked for assistance with today and the teller was super kind and helpful about it even though it quickly became clear that it was not on Eastern Bank’s end. He went to the ATM with me just in case there was something he could end up doing, (there wasn’t - I had locked my card and forgotten about it but didn’t realize until I was back in my car. Lol) which was cool. So, thanks for that! As someone with social anxiety it’s difficult for me to ask for help to begin with so I appreciated the positive interaction.
Also, I’ve been using this specific bank since I was 18 and have never had any issues. Recommended. ✨”

“My experience has been really positive. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
However, I recently came into the branch to do a wire. A new hire came to facilitate my wire. This person did not speak fluent English. I couldn't understand much of what she said. This is America and our language is English. When my grandparents arrived from Poland, they learned English. That was expected. We shouldn't have to struggle to decipher what is being said. Im staying with the bank because I like the people. If non English speaking customers can ask for a translator or a different employee...why cant we also.”

Excellent Service from Larissa Dias at Bank of America
Today, I had the opportunity to visit Bank of America and was assisted by Larissa Dias, who was managing the branch’s customer service almost entirely on her own. Despite the busy environment and a significant workload, she maintained a calm and professional attitude throughout.
Although I waited about half an hour and there was a brief scheduling conflict with another client’s appointment, Larissa handled the situation exceptionally well. When the other client did not show up, she promptly welcomed me into her office, provided the services I needed, and even went above and beyond to assist me with additional matters.
At first, I thought the pressure of the situation might affect the service quality, but I quickly realized how professional and composed Larissa truly was under pressure. Her patience, efficiency, and commitment to helping customers made a strong impression. I left the branch very satisfied and appreciative of the outstanding service she provided.”

My only gripe is being charged a late fee for about $100 overdraft from one of four accounts lasting 24 hours or less when my entire paycheck is automatically deposited into one of the accounts.”

“Very helpful and attentive staff. I had an unknown debit withdrawal and a $35 overdraft fee. I went in to find out what the withdrawal was and make a deposit. The staff explained what the unknown withdrawal was, canceled my current debt card, gave me a new debt card and removed the $35 overdraft charge before I even got a chance to address the overdraft charge. All this was done 15 before closing on Friday night. I went in confused as to what was going on w/ my account, I left w/ complete understanding and relief. Thank you again for your help!”
