“I have been a customer with Verizon Wireless for over 27 years. Last Friday I went into your store to get myself a new Samsung 26 standard phone. Justin was helpful and patient with my questions on protective covers. He orders me the phone color I wanted and put away the accessories I wanted. He helped me to lower my high plan and told me he would call me when my phone arrived. Not even two minutes after a text from UPS that my phone was delivered, Justin called me in to setup my phone with the screen protector and transfer of a lot of items. Justin is patient and knowledgeable, I would definitely go back to him for a new phone in the future.”
