We get the best recommendations on types of collars, leashes, toys, treats, shampoo, bait bags, raw food, etc. Kerrie takes the time to know her clients and their dogs so when I ask for recommendations, I know I’ll be getting exactly what’s right for my boys.

“Went here with my family on Wednesday July -01-2026 , this was our 1st time coming to this Pet Supplies Plus. Kasidy, went above and beyond to help and assist me . Kasidy has excellent customer service skills. And their was another woman assisting me I don't know here name and she was kind and helpful too. It's a beautiful well- lit large spacious store. Extremely clean . My 2 puppies love the Crunchy O's treats there one of the few places that's sells thoses treats from ( FROMM Family for the Crunchy O's). We'd most definitely will come back to this Pet Supplies Plus in the near future. Extremely friendly staff and very welcoming and most of all , very well kept up and neat inventory and quite organized/ extremely clean much nicer than the previous one I went to. They also have monthly vaccinations ( rabies shoots ) I suggest you check there website for more information. Thank you Kasidy for all of your assistance and help ! We look forward to coming back to your store in the near future sometime. They also have in- store events.”

“Have adopted a few Cats from them. The latest, Juno, a senior Cat has been a test of wills. He stayed in hiding for about two months, bit me once. “We are traveling in a rv with a pup we rescued back in Dec. She was in need of a nail clip and grooming and the girl at the campground office told us about Paws and Claws. She had never had more than a nail clip done so we didn’t know how she would react. Our pup is scared of everything. They were so good with her and they did a wonderful job!!! They also have a great dog bakery and some other supplies. We got her a doggie ice cream and cookie before we left. If we lived in this area this would be our permanent groomer! We highly recommend Paws and Claws!”

“I Was In Framingham , Massachusetts. Pet Smart , Picking Up Some Medicine To Bring Back To Florida, For My Dog Who Was Sick . Picked It Up In Massachusetts Because I Had A Late Night Flight Back To Florida So My Dog Would Have The Medicine When I Got Home. My Wife Called The Framingham , Massachusetts Store And Spoke With The Manager Named Marquis, Told Him How Our Dog Was Acting And He Recommended Some Asprin And Probiotics . Got Home From Florida, My Wife Gave Our Dog The Asprin Along With The Probioctics. Then Again At Noon Time . By The Time Our Dog Was Ready For The Third Dose He Felt Much Better . He Had No More Loose Stool And Was Running Around And Barking Like His Normal Routine. He Seemed Happy Again. So Thank You Manager Marquis. For Making Our Dog Better . “I couldn't be happier with The Happy Retriever! My 7-month-old Golden puppy, Millie, has attended Puppy Class, Puppy 101, and the Bump Up Days, where all of the training is reinforced. The entire team is phenomenal—consistent, knowledgeable, patient, and truly wonderful with the dogs.
Millie learned so much through each program. When I needed to board her for a week, I enrolled her in the Board & Train program, and I was amazed by the results. I can't believe how well trained she is now!
She no longer jumps on people, listens and responds so well, and is still the happy, fun-loving puppy she's always been. The biggest difference is how confident I feel when people come to our home. Instead of jumping up on guests, Millie sits politely with her tail wagging, waiting to greet them. It's such a wonderful transformation.
