“Prices increased A LOT from online prices. Well over a 100% increase. But the place is clean, cool, and has plenty of rolling platforms for all your stuff. Gate failed once on a Saturday night and they actually came and fixed the issue on Sunday which is normally when the office is closed. Greatly appreciated.”

“I was worried about my plants more than my furniture. I have big indoor plants, including a fiddle leaf fig that hates moving. During my long-distance move from Boston to Washington DC, the crew placed it gently inside the truck where it would not get too cold. They even rolled down the truck door slowly so it would not shake. I know it sounds silly, but that kindness made a stressful day easier.”

“I recently moved from Andover, MA to Peabody, MA to Dedham, MA. I had a storage unit in Salem, NH while living in Andover, MA but moved out when I moved to Peabody thinking I no longer needed it. However, as luck would have it that move didn't work out and I found myself needing a storage unit again. Anyway, long story short they have been excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. They are easy to work with and always very professional. I would recommend them if you're looking for a storage facility.”
