492 S Broadway, Salem“If you need computer repair this is the place to go. I had malware on my PC that was really inhibiting performance, so I brought it to Kevin at the recommendation of a friend. Kevin not only removed the malware, he fixed and updated numerous aspects of the PC including an upgrade of the OS. My PC zings along better now than the day I took it out of the box. I could not be happier with all work he did to "tune up" the PC and getting performing again so well. 5 stars +!!”
“REALLY?? Joe Provencher From T-MOBILE STORE IN THE ROCKINGHAM MALL TEAM OF EXPERT'S ? Is JUST That ? ??PERCENT AMAZINGLY qualified team of experts but Joe the manager I've known him for years he runs that whole T-Mobile store in the Rockingham Mall and he knows his customers as well as he knows about his cell phone he's the best thing that hit T-Mobile he's gone above and beyond to help me my family for years I go from Lowell all the way to Rockingham just bought the service at that store when I got T-Mobile in Lowell on Chelmsford Street a half a mile from my home but I won't they're all young kids that don't know what they're doing? Joe goes out of his way like he just did November 30th when I got my granddaughter a new iPhone tablet her iPad then she changed her mind after 3 hours of him helping us set it up purchasing it putting all the apps on it cuz she's only 11, she wanted the Samsung tablet so right on the spot as they getting ready to close at 8:30 at night he stayed so 11:00 with us to exchange the iPad for a Samsung tablet because he is truly about his customers Joe from T-Mobile at the Rockingham Mall that's the way to go you go Joe you go you flow Joe you flow Joe! I told him what my budget was and he followed through down to the last detail. I left the store having spent much less than I anticipated. Thanks for a pleasant experience.”

1235 Bridge St, Lowell“After a hour and a half waiting on the phone for t-mobile representative... she couldn't verified my identify to set up my e-sim. I had already explained my 'broken' phone could not be turned on so I could not receive her text message to verified whatever code she is sending... T-Mobile as a company need to do better with the verification process for online services/calls. Why make customer set up two step authentication or code verification etc only to send them to the store with an photo id? Especially after waiting a hour and some minutes to get a representative on the phone?? Anyways, I digress. These poor reps at Bridge Street had me walking in 15mins before their store close. If I was them, I'd be annoyed but Wes greeted me and tried to help me. His partner was kind enough to keep trying to when the e-sim wouldn't registered or whatever it does through their system. I truly felt bad and shown up 15min prior to closing. But I was so annoyed with the service I had on the phone & I was without a phone for three days! They stay after store hour closed and they didn't rush me out. I kept apologizing yet they were nice about it and told me no worries. Thanks guys! It was much appreciated!”

“On Thursday, January 4th, I went to the Verizon store on Winthrop Ave in North Andover because I had received texts that my phone was infected with a virus.As I entered, I was immediately greeted by Efrain. When I explained to him that my fear and urgency that this compromise of my personal data and security could have dire consequences, Efrain skillfully and confidently calmed me down and proceeded to address the task at hand. He assured me that he would fix the problem. He asked a few questions, then told me that my phone had been hacked.He confidently employed a number of steps and troubleshooting techniques that would have worked, but because my phone was so old, the phone’s security capability was questionable.I asked Efrain to advise me on the purchase of a new phone, which he did, and I couldn’t be happier.While Efrain’s knowledge of fixing cell phones is noteworthy, I was particularly impressed with his personal confidence, politeness, and engaging nature that is obviously rooted in his ability to apply the quality training that he has mastered.It is reassuring to know that Verizon has employees like Efrain who strive to provide outstanding service to ensure optimal customer care and satisfaction.Please share these comments with Efrain.Thank you.”
