“I went in because I thought my very old phone wasn't charging. As it turned out, that wasn't the case. But my pal in their helped me to decide it was really time to upgrade my phone. I'm not one to get a new phone all the time, but with my old phone trade-in, my cost was minimal. And I didn't end up with yet another phone lying around my house. I've gone into the place a couple of times. It's never extremely busy so I don't have to wait too long and I always get excellent service. Loyal Verizon customer.”

“A kind young man, Jay Santiago, helped me so much today in the West Springfield store I could not believe it. Another representative, when I walked in your store, listened to my problem and gave me an 800 number and that was about it. Not at all kind or helpful. Just matter-of-fact. No smiles, no reassurance, nothing. I then saw Jay and asked him to help and he was amazing and solved my problem quickly. He called the 800 number for me and gave them all the information and in less than 20 minutes I was all set. He could not have been nicer, and I will forever be indebted to him for such wonderful help and kindness. He thanked me for coming back to T-Mobile as I was a previous customer.”

“If it wasn’t for Brandon’s help today I would have left T-mobile. Him and Gavin have the best attitudes and they were so helpful. I went into this locations so discouraged. I have been a t mobile customer for 10 years and I was appalled at my phone experience with the company, having had on going issues for two weeks while I was trying to upgrade a phone that was not longer working. As a parent and the GM of a company not having a working phone was a huge problem that they expected me to wait a week to fix….
I called Brandon at the East Windsor location very upset and he told me to come right down and he’d do everything he can to help me. Best experience ever in all my 20 years of having a phone line. “I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jessica Mattoon at Spectrum, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, Jessica was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. “Extraodinary customer service. Several months ago, I went to the X-finity store at the Holyoke Mall for a new phone. Not only did they have it in stock but it was less expensive than the same phone at Brst Buy (which didn’t have it in stock). The Associate (I regret that I forgot her name - Sarah, I think) spent nearly 2 hours making sure all my important information was transferred and the phone was working properly before I left.
Today, my wife and I went there to get her on my plan. We got an amazing Associate, Nani, who walked us through the process of getting her off her old plan and making sure everything was working well. She also alerted us to the fact that our Xfinity points qualified us for an almost free smart watch. We took it and she spent another 30-45 minutes getting that set up.
Rarely have I experienced such outstanding customer service. And to have it twice from the same business from two different Associates, is truly remarkable.”
