Mario is also a wonderful, kind and gracious person and I had the good fortune of meeting him last year when I had problems with my Hard drive and was desperate for help. Mario put my fears to rest and fixed the problem and also gave me good advice on the maintenance of my computer. I had a similar problem yesterday and went into the store and received excellent help. Apparently Mario is quite famous locally, as during my cab drive home the Cab Driver informed me that Mario is very well known and respected throughout Somerville for his above average Computer services - So Thank you Mario for being such a Valuable Asset to the City of Somerville!”
“Ferdinand is an amazing resource. He comes to the office to fix problems but takes the time to ask questions before coming to see if it can be fixed over the phone. I find him to be very competent, and he has a very friendly and pleasant manner. And he doesn't make us feel like idiots for not being computer literate. He explains things well which really helps. We have found him to be a lifesaver since we are very dependent on our computers and network. It is wonderful to have his expertise available to us. “Very small store but there is alot packed inside. I went in for 45's and had a pretty good amount (for a small store) records are 3.00 a piece but I asked if he would give me a flat price (think I got like 50 records) He only took off 20 bucks (thought it'd be more than that seeing as it's a small store). Gonna try going into Boston and see if I can get a better deal. But it's not too bad I guess”

“After perhaps the most soul crushing experience of my entire life, attempting to purchase an HPE Proliant DL325 Gen10+ with U.3, and being blindsided by the absolutely insane roadblocks I'd encounter in that pursuit I wound up in a bad position. I had already scored a super hot deal on an AMD EPYC on eBay, but couldn't buy a G10+ bare metal with U.3. I could get the bare metal without it, but I'd also be nicked and dimed for all manner of misc parts that would also not be included. In my darkest hour I came across these guys, and they hooked me up with a pretty wicked DL325 Gen10. It's not the plus, but it gets the job done and, as I later found out, with the 2SFF NVMe kit, U.3 drives will still negotiate to NVMe speeds. So I picked up a pretty sweet low usage HPE branded Intel NVMe SSD from them too! Something to tide me over until the U.3 Kioxia CM6 lands for general availability. Thanks CCS, you saved this server purchase from being a complete disaster.”
“The service was execllent! I walked right in and there were people at the door to help you, I didn't even have to do anything ahead of time. I was there for a Apple Watch Ultra 2-- and luckily the only one they had was EXACTLY my specs I wanted! The employees efficiently found what I asked for and I payed within minutes of arrving to the store! The reason I'm giving this fours stars is because the box that the Apple Watch Ultra 2 came in was a bit torn up on one side and had Sharpie writing on it; probabbly store policy. But this is because I really cared about the box. But if you don't mind the damage on any box, you'll have an amazing exprience with their great, fast, efficient customer service!”

I usually just walk around and scratch my head at the prices however with BB doing away with physical media movies there are some good deals to be had.
