Very affordable and welcoming place for all. Will be going back if my phone has any issues in the future. Framingham location is a must!”

“Had an issue with T-Mobile billing. Their call center in Philippines was giving me runaround, literally, not just figuratively. After spending over an hour being transferred from one agent to another without any success I went to the store where I was greeted by Ramses Caba who got in touch with billing. After patiently trying to explain the problem to them for almost 30 minutes and not making any headway he escalated the issue to his manager and successfully rectified my billing error. 0 star to T-Mobile Corporate, 5 star to Ramses and the store!!!

“We had an issue with our FirstNet service and upgrading to a new phone. Long story short Eddie was the employee when we came in for what we thought was an easy transaction. Turned out it kept him 1 hour past closing. He was so kind and offering his number to help resolve it the next day. He never once made us feel rushed or appeared annoyed (although he had to be)! While we weren't able to fix our issue that night Eddie went above and beyond to help us! Give him a raise!!!”

“I think this will be help full for the public Consumers to know, there is someone name Angel Rivera, that commented about the service at Boost Mobile Store, but it happen that, i was in the Store wen Rivera came in with another guy to Ask for an account number,... that belong to another personso the lady told him to call customer services,... he stared arguing withher the owner, and he was telling the customers that Boost is not good, he also said that he works for Boost before and said others negative about it, and now he work for Cricket he said....so, what i see is he is taking the customers from Boost mobile and Switch them to Cricket and he also go to boost m Store nearby and get the Account number of the customer, so i want to put that out there for the public to know, because what he is doing is wrong and using private information from Consumer by going to the Store to get that info from other people, I have Boost Service for a few years now and work perfect for me with no problem!”
“My laptop screen separated from the base, and the repair was amazing! The time between I called him, received a quote and dropped off my laptop, it took less than 30 minutes. The repair itself took about a day and, considering the state of my laptop, it was very fast and reliable. I'll definitely go again if I have any other issues.”
