“Friendly workers. Running shoes, clothing, and gear are all high quality.I give 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons. Mainly, there is no info on the shoes on the wall display. The Boston and Brookline locations list things like the model, stack height, and drop right next to the shoe. Cambridge really needs to do this.Secondly, the 3 shoes initially brought out didn’t match my foot scan at all. It was odd. But I did find a pair of Nikes I liked and was able to order them from Nike directly in the width I need. Note that width options are limited in most running stores. So I don’t fault Marathon sports for not carrying the wide.”
“I recently had my Red Wing 10877 re-soled by LaRossa. They were extremely friendly and easy to trust. The boots came back in half the time they quoted, they look amazing and feel great. I normally wear these boots 5 days a week to work (plumbing). They’re going on 3 years old and are now as good as the day I bought them. Thank you!”

“This Columbia Factory Store is a great place to shop, especially if you’re looking for quality outdoor gear at amazing prices. You can usually find great deals throughout the store—whether it’s jackets, shoes, or activewear, there’s always something worth picking up.
What really stood out was the helpful staff—they even assisted us at checkout by pointing out additional discounts and deals we didn’t know about. It made the whole shopping experience even better. Definitely worth a visit if you’re near the outlet!”
