A few weeks ago I went in with a package that was too big to fit in any existing boxes and the woman behind the desk helped me create a box that fit my package. “Went here to get fingerprinted but the people being helped for packages seemed happy too. Turns out there's a number they can call for remote assistance with fingerprints and it makes a world of a positive difference. This is the third location I tried and the one I'd return to.”

We tried two shipping stores that were supposed to be OPEN but they were not open (holiday weekend…) So I walked in to your store. Efrat handled my shipping; I thought it would cost a fortune- but it was reasonable. Why? Because Efrat located the correct size box (smaller than I had expected it would have to be), packaged my stuff perfectly, and all together made this an easy and pleasant experience. Thanks Efrat!”

“Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”
