This was actually a blessing in disguise, as I went to the Pinehurst location instead, and it was a great experience!
I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. My home store is now the Pinehurst store, where I know I will be treated with respect, have all my questions answered, and feel like I am welcome. I've already started telling my friends and family members what a fantastic experience this was. Luiz is definitely an asset to your team! “Desperately went into T-Mobile in Burlington to change my service from AT&T, due to a technical issue on my line that AT&T, both in store and on the phone, could not fix for 3 days. Christian H. Spent about 30 minutes with my phone, and got my AT&T service back on. No pressure to switch or buy. Just an absolute solid effort at customer service! If I could start from scratch, I’d go to T-Mobile in a heartbeat. Ask for Christian!”
