01/07/26 Update - I like the people who work here. I struggle with non-CubeSmart cars always taking up the spaces that I need, which are marked as being for CubeSmart, and the snow/ice not being cleared early in the morning.
03/31/26 I don't like how all of the parking spots near 1 of the entrances is always used by the neighbor body shop. The key pad by that door has been broken for well over a month now. I do still love the staff and the location is convenient for me.
05/26 Prices went up after only a few months after I was told they were set forever.”
“The people who I originally talked to (2 of them) seemed to be looking for an argument! Not sure why? They both read from the same script! Talking about they weren't going to take any disrespect. Although I agree with that statement I WASN'T GIVING THEM ANY!!! After I stored my stuff there they seem to have calmed down.”

“Dave was extremly helpful and made the storage a breeze and easy to deal with uasually its a pain to get storage or have hidden fees this place doesnt do that very legitimate and I loved working with them and will be using this storage for all my needs great place to be and couldnt get enough very friendly staff it ment a lot that everthing was easy in time of need no one gets a storage or hotel uasually for good reason(something going on in life) but boi I enjoyed this more than I should have and it was a good thing !!!!! No a great thing made it verry easy”
“The site manager Cheyenne was very good, especially helping me filing a claim and returning my calls for any questions I may have on anything.
The storage facility itself can be damp, there is some type of insulation on the ceiling that's falling apart that's landing on everything, The price is constantly going up.
For the money that we pay the storage unit itself should have been better.”
“The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, and their prices are very competitive. I also feel like the facilities are the cleanest and are well-kept, far superior to all the other places I checked out.
I will say they jumped my rates by 40% after a few months. I’m not sure if I’ll return next yr or not, and when I visited mid-winter the security gate was wide open for over a couple months.”

I would honestly rate this as a 5 star but for the mouse poop in my unit. I know it’s the nature of the beast, but felt like it should have been checked and cleaned before move-in.
