Jason is an incredibly knowledgeable and professional authorized notary—every document he has notarized for me has been accepted without any issues, which has been a huge relief. I know this because I’ve had documents notarized elsewhere that were rejected (apostille and other real estate related documents from California) but since I started going to Jason, I’ve never had a single problem. He is meticulous, efficient, and really knows his stuff. On top of that, Jason, along with the rest of the team, provides such efficient and friendly service. Whether I’m shipping packages, or getting documents notarized, they always ensure everything is done right and fast. The store is well-organized and clean. I can’t recommend this location enough! “Becky at this Woburn store was so helpful. I had a box of Verizon equipment to return following their instructions to just "bring to any UPS store". Becky helped me understand the additional information needed and I was able to easily find it on another piece of paper in the box (hint: the "MA" number). With that number she took care of it all. Done. Easy.
Why is this so special? Because three days earlier, I took same box to UPS in Arlington Heights. They made me leave. "what were they supposed to do?". Told me to call Verizon. They were supposed to be like Becky in Woburn.”

“The Staples Studio is comfortable, convenient, clean, and well laid-out with offices, quiet spaces and collaborative spaces. The amenities are excellent. The manager, Shan Achhiwala, really cares and it shows; he does a great job making sure everyone feels welcome and has everything they need. He has gone way above and beyond on multiple occasions to accommodate special requests. Overall a great place to work!”
“i purchase an item at auction and was very concerned with the safe delivery of the object. the auction house highly recommended this UPS store and i called them to inquire about shipping the object cross country. I spoke to Mary the owner of the store and i couldn't have been more satisfied on every level. she assured me that she would personally pack and ship the item and we discussed the packing of the object to ensure its safety. the package arrived safe and sound and i have to say that very rarely do you meet someone who takes the time and concern to do a wonderful job. “There's nothing wrong with this place I'm surprised the staff are just great I can tell you do pick carefully who to hire and the security of your mail is incredible Its never damaged and the hygiene is great it's some of the cleanest work I've ever seen same with the smell it's an overall great service I highly suggest you try it out.”

“Kendra with the printshop has been remarkably patient and diligent with me as I worked on a critical print for a wedding. She worked with me to find the right size and stock, and then manually cut dozens of cards to pixel perfect size. Thank you!
Edit: I needed to change something and by my estimate Kendra hand cut more than 60 more times by eye. Really amazing help during such an exciting time.”

What a pleasant surprise, not only was I able to easily park but I was able to get everything done quickly and easily. While I was there, I also noticed the large format printer and other things that will make my production needs easier in the future - the owner Osman is a very nice guy who is clearly a self-made guy who brings a lot to the table and our community, I'll support that any day - thanks!!!!”
“I brought a large Amazon furniture purchase to the North Reading UPS store to return. John told the me the cost of the return was close to the cost of the item. He then provided me with a 1-800 number to use to contact Amazon and ask for a reimbursement or refund. He then carried the VERY heavy item and placed it back into my minivan. After successfully using this 1-800 number, I brought the item back to his shop today and he proceeded to carry the item back into his shop from my car and process the return and provide me with receipts needed to receive refund from Amazon. Great customer service and shop, John!”
