“Shout out to Jean at Prime Storage. He really came through for me today-- helped me sort out a storage move-in/move-out issue. Was end of day on busiest moving weekend of the year, and he was patient, courteous and willing to go the extra mile for me.
There were a lot of customers at the facility then too and I also observed him going around to each of them asking if they were all good or needed any help. Great job Jean and thank you!
