“Jennifer really made my day again. I always do everything online and never have to go in a store for help. But recenty I got so busy with my new born and when my phone was not working for a whole day I couldn't call anyone, I got so stress so I went in the store to ask for help and Jennifer was so nice to me and helped me so much.... she tried her best to look for a solution. “Joshua T saved my life yesterday in his last 10 minutes of closing. My iPhone 13 Pro Max stopped working at the beach all the way in Swampscott. And I only knew one AT&T store off the top of my head without a map, so I rushed as fast as I could through bus and train about 15 miles away. I ran to the store in flip flops so my toe was stubbed, and Josh came through with an emergency kit from the back, and provided me with a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. Where most cellphone retailers I've been too in the past seem to prey on trying to sell you more and more add-ons, this store and manager, Mike, in particular were all about getting me the best deal possible and the most money off. When a buy one phone get another for 5.99 deal wasn't going through, Mike went the extra mile to secure the deal! He also reviewed my phone plan and made suggestions for how to cut the cost and make it cheaper.Mike and his staff were so personable and friendly and I'll 100% be coming back!!!”
