“I went to this store with two issues on different phones, I tried for two hours to turn up brightness as it was so dark could not see where adjustment was. The tech Ivan found it in two seconds. Other issue was my other phone was being taken over by pop ups. I've been trying to figure it out for over a month and Ivan in a matter of five min, no .more.... This employee was extremely knowledgeable as well as very pleasent person. I went in frustrated and ticked off went out laughing. Phone working as it did when I first got it. Great asset to buisness”
