“I went into this facility today with my dear friend who needed to switch over cell phone providers. We were met by Terrence and Frankie who helped us out every step of the way. We had a lot of questions and concerns and each one of them were explained in a very patient and thorough manner by these two gentlemen. I felt like nothing was hidden and I was able to understand the process completely. They both went out of their way to make sure that all of our needs were covered and searched for the best promotions that would fit our needs. My friend was very timid about the entire process initially , but felt completely at ease After these two gentlemen assisted us with such patience and clarity. Rarely do you find customer service skills at this level anymore. Very pleasantly surprised and would always recommend this location !”

“My 5ish year 42" Vizio TV suddenly died, I bought a few replacements (43" and 40") from Vizio to try but I was not happy with how bulky the new units were and they just didn't look as sleek either.I brought the 42" in and they were able to repair it! Cheaper than any of the new units and so worth it!10/10 service and staff, will definitely keep coming here for any TV needs!”

“The guys came up to Barre Ma a few days ago and arrived when they said they would. They had the antenna and amplifier up and running within a couple hours. They worked hard and diligently to get it aimed in its prime direction. Very professional, clean, and friendly. Enjoyed very much to call and cancel the cable service. Will be very happy to save 90$ a month in cable bill. I highly recommend these guys Steve and Todd to anyone looking to do the same.Thanks guysPaul & Maryann”

“I do NOT recommend the William S Canning Blvd Fall River, MA store. I like TMobile despite its issues since acquiring Sprint (slower service lag times, etc). That being said the young woman working tonight Thursday March 31, 2022 was not professional at all. My hubby was getting assistance from a young man at the counter. She asked if I needed help I said no. She went back to playing on her phone. I checked out the Samsung folding phones and played the demo on the iPads. She and another man watched me. I looked for wipes to clean the items but they didn’t have them. Only sprays which I have been told is not good. She then proceeded to walk to the Samsung folding phones and the iPads and bemoan quite loudly how another worker had left the phones and iPads w/fingerprints all over them. Not exactly subtle. I guess I made her get off her a** and do some actual work and it bothered her. She then came back to the counter after I made a comment myself about her lack of subtlety and she then made a remark in Spanish about how stupid I was. Not so ignorant that I didn’t understand your comment Chiquita. Not happy w/the attitude and lack of professionalism. My husband was upset about it as well and wants to switch our family from TMobile now after 10 years, especially when the bosses do not correct such bad behavior.”

“I know it's sort of weird to review a T-Mobile but I wanna say this location in particular is probably one of the best ones I've ever been to. The customer service is spectacular and they really know what they're talking about and were able to answer all our questions and concerns with our plan. The process of trading in my iPhone XS Max for the new iPhone 15 was remarkably smooth. The staff guided me through each step, ensuring that I understood the terms of the trade-in and helping me choose the best plan for my needs. We got our plan sorted and a new phone all in same day and it didn't even take an hour. And I gotta say the transition to my new iPhone was seamless. Thanks to the assistance of the T-Mobile team, I felt as though I hadn't changed my phone at all. Everything from transferring my data to setting up my new device was handled efficiently, allowing me to start enjoying my new iPhone right away. If you ever need anything fixed with your plan this is the hassle-free location to do so”

“I live just up the street from here,and shop here almost daily,due to my schedule, mostly during evening hours.The staff I deal with regularly, are without a doubt some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met in retail!However, I made the mistake of going there during the day a couple times recently, and I have to say, it's like night and day! The people they have working up front, at self check during the day are rude, and have no customer service skills whatsoever! I spent 25mins. Just trying to get the register at self check out to take my 5 dollar bill, I asked several different staff members if they could help me, or exchange my 5 for a newer bill or 5 ones, but they claimed their register was locked, another one said , I would have to void out my whole thing and try a different register, so I did, and another 15mins later had the same result. And still, was on my own to figure it out .. my total was around $40, everything was paid except $4.45 , it just refused to take my 5 bucks, eventually I got so frustrated, I just slammed the 5 down on the register and got out of there.. I made a note, to only shop there at night when the 2 super nice ladies, who work around self check out are on duty, they really are awesome! They know me by name, and they spoil my little dog (who goes everywhere with me) they carry treats with them, and he always looks for them. I think their names are Pam and Deb, or Donna, I'm terrible with names, but the main ladies that work up front around self checkout. Anyway I just can't say enough about them! There's even been a couple times over this last year that I went over my cc limit, by a couple bucks, embarrassing as it was, instead of having to put something back, Pam just whips out a couple of ones and a minute later, I was on my way!! Where are u gonna find good, genuine, people who will help a customer, they don't even know personally?? They make me feel welcome, and for that, I'll continue to shop there regularly!But only at night, you couldn't pay me to shop there during the day.”

“Marissa and Abbi are the BEST !!! We just went there this past weekend and were trying to switch carriers. It was a complete nightmare getting a port over code from our old carrier. They were complete professionals and helped us through this impossible transaction. After 4 hours we finally got everything changed over. They did everything they could for us and were a pleasure to work with. Please give these girls raises. They are worth every penny!!!”

I know the covid issues are getting farther and farther away but i' m sure at times the store would be closed if not for her as no one seems to want to works these days.Always friendly and I always get a laugh chatting with her.Lets face it with people playing the lottery and paying with cash and credit cards and food stamps in one transaction, plus the door dash now, it gets confusing but she always does it right.”

“I was concerned when they renovated the store but have ultimately been surprised by how much more efficient is has become. I am trying to learn the self check out but it is not always so easy for me though someone is usually present to assist. I think they could use a few more of those as the lines tend to be long. Overall it is a good store to shop in and I would recommend it to my friends.”
