“Ok, so I bought a new phone from Best Buy - $699, went to T-Mobile in Roslindale to activate it, the service from the salesperson was beyond superb! She went above and beyond - not only did she save me $400 (by selling the same phone for me at a cheaper price since I am an existing customer), she was on the phone with customer service for almost 1hour to rectify an issue with my account. She was beyond awesome, friendly and wanted the best for her customer. Total I paid for EVERYTHING.....$298!!!. I really appreciate all her assistance and recommend that location.”

“We had an issue with our FirstNet service and upgrading to a new phone. Long story short Eddie was the employee when we came in for what we thought was an easy transaction. Turned out it kept him 1 hour past closing. He was so kind and offering his number to help resolve it the next day. He never once made us feel rushed or appeared annoyed (although he had to be)! While we weren't able to fix our issue that night Eddie went above and beyond to help us! Give him a raise!!!”
