165 Linden Street Ste B1, Wellesley MA 02482
“Great experience at this location! I had the opportunity to meet with Janette R. She was so respectful, kind, and courteous. Janette also went out of her way to make sure my ‘panic button’ mode did not escalate. I was having so much trouble with my prior carrier’s service, but she was extremely patient. I have had to switch services multiple times, but this was undoubtedly the best yet regarding customer service. (I’m looking at you, ten years ago Sprint, among others.)”

My phone wouldn't start up and I was in Western Mass and I didn't have GPS or any way to access the internet or communicate with anybody (it's amazing how much we rely on our phones these days!) I didn't even have any way to find a Metro PCS in Western Massachusetts. Thanks Andre you got me on the road again and back in civilization!”

“I highly recommend the T-Mobile store in Dedham, MA. I had a significantly damaged iPhone after an accident. I experienced exceptional customer service on multiple visits. I dealt with Nicole on 2 occasions (who was amazing!) and Jeremy on 1 visit- who was also wonderful. I had to spend some time there while my data transferred and I got to observe the whole store. All of the employees were hard working, engaging and most importantly- very kind to all of the customers. Not all stores offer such a positive experience- I do hope T Mobile compensates their energy and efforts!”
