But nowadays, it looks like a Honda revolution is taking place. I felt attached to my 2005 Honda Accord, but I knew it was time for a change. I had looked at a few dealerships before I found Parkway Honda. Pretty much when I walked into Parkway, I ran into Joe Serpa. It's so rare for me to buy or sell a car in general, so the whole experience was surreal at the onset. But when I interacted with Joe, I knew right away that he wasn't a typical salesman. I found him to be both professional and approachable. Whenever I expressed concerns and questions, I never felt discouraged. Joe is simply a gem of a salesperson. Without his guidance, I am not sure I would have followed through with this purchase. But now, I find myself driving a 2020 Honda Accord and I couldn't be happier.”
“I don’t usually write reviews but I had such and amazing experience taking my car to this place. Billy and Greg are the most helpful and awesome guys that I’ve met I thought my life was over when another mechanic store told me my car won’t pass inspection because of the brakes and the emission and I almost pay the other company around 3k to “fix” my car. for a second opinion, I took my car to Billy and Greg and it was such a relief! they inspected my car in detail and we realized the bakes were brand new and the emission was totally fine!! Greg noticed it was a bubble on one of the tires that was making the car not run so good. They found another wheel and rim for my car and this is the best part, IT WAS WAY LESS THAN MOST OF PLACES!!! my boyfriend goes to Costco to buy his tires replacement and he even told me the price Billy said it was way better than Costco. Now, my car is working really good and I feel really safe driving it. I just don’t have words to say how thankful I am, I really appreciate their help and patient (cause they were explaining me about my car and things I need to know so I don’t get scam by other people that are just trying to get money). I’ve went to a lot of mechanics before and this is definitely the best one! Thank you Billy and Greg!☺️☺️”
“This dealership is an excellent place to purchase a vehicle, with outstanding sales and finance teams. However, the service department is inefficient, as I have experienced multiple instances of being ignored upon arrival and treated unprofessionally. If possible, I would avoid seeking service from this dealership.”
“I found myself in a “Real” nightmare situation on , of all things. Labor Day weekend. My radiator was gone , had my car towed to Honda in West Roxbury and that’s when a really bad situation turned out to be a very good one. In stepped Mr James Brown and his service team. Empathetic to my situation, they worked their tales off to repair my car ; going above and beyond to help me out.

“Shockingly nice experience here. Karen Cummings was the lovely woman who helped me. I have a very weird car and require certain parts to be special ordered. So when I came in for my diagnostic knowing what I needed done, they did a full check of my car and confirmed they didn't have what I needed. But instead of just leaving me high and dry they offered a loaner car and/or a lift home so I wouldn't be stranded and also offered to hold it until they got the parts.”

“Was Mobil 1 Oil. Now Castro Oil. This location is very good. These listen to the customer. Update but do not pressure the customer on auto needs. The check off list is accurate. The wait time is minimal. You are out of there in 15 minutes after you arrive for your oil change. Plus you get a FREE CAR WASH with your service”
