“I brought my car in for the 48k mile service which included the normal oil change, fluids, tire rotation and inspection. I asked if they could swap my winter wheel set on instead of just rotating the tires. They were mounted on rims and balanced so the only thing they would need to do after taking the wheels off for the rotation or brake inspection was put a different set back on, this usually costs $20 or so at a tire shop but the service manager quoted $130.
Out of principle I decided I would get all the work done somewhere else. I would have been fine with a dealer markup, but to charge a full mount and balance for the time it takes to take my other wheels out of my back seat and put them on is insane.
I'm still going to give 4 stars for the fact that when I bought the car new in 2018 I thought the process was fine and my salesman was awesome, service was mostly great until my last visit, and for reminding me that paying over $200 for an oil + filter change is kind of absurd and you can spend much less by buying what you need and taking it to a local shop”
“Keinath Autobody is the best around! I'm super picky about my car. I had rear damage on my RX350. I had heard nothing but great things about Keinath, so I brought it there. Not only did they find OEM parts (Insurance doesn't replace with OEM) for me at my request, but the work was absolutely 110% perfect...and this is coming from the pickiest of car owners. Plus, Al and his wife are super people!! Couldn't be happier. A customer for life!!”

“While working in the area, I had a need for a long pair of jumper wires. I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. The employee that helped me was nice. He directed me to where the spools of wire were (so I could make my own) and was able to get me out of the store and back to work in a timely manner.
The store seemed clean and well organized. The price was reasonable. Although the area seems highly populated, I did not feel like I was in a bad area.
It was a quick, in & out, effective visit...

“10/10 recommend to anyone! I have a vehicle through the Bertera dealership in Westfield, so I automatically went to this shop after getting into a fender bender that ruined the front of my car. I have a 2020 Dodge Durango & wanted all original Dodge parts put back on/in my vehicle, & Phil made that 110% possible & as affordable as possible. The communication between Phil, Carrie at the front desk, my car insurance, & myself was impeccable & kept me constantly updated which made me very comfortable & confident. They had my car for a month & when I got it back it was just as I was expecting, even better in fact. I can’t thank them enough. Not only do I recommend them to anyone who will listen, but I’d definitely go back for any car related repairs/upgrades!”

“My car was BEAT up and Ashley got me in and helped me understand my insurance claim better than any other car place! I felt comfortable to ask questions and all of the employees were helpful and kind— and the damage is completely gone!
And as a little bonus they even filled my tires for me, which they didn’t have to do (I’m pretty sure they wiped my dashboard down too because it’s cleaner now than when I dropped it off, not sure that’s the norm usually but it was sweet!)
