“When you need expert solutions for your mobile phone issues contact Branden. Without a doubt he will solve your issues and explain to you in very understandable conversation the issue with your mobile and how he is going to solve. In addition he looks at your phone for any other issues or settings that need to be edited. I couldn't be any more satisfied with the attention to detail that Branden gave me.”

“Loved working with Milton V. last night. He did a great job, was patient when we were looking for phones, gave me a few tips about how to make my plan more affordable, and helped me out in a professional and friendly way. I would call ahead at this location b/c it's busy, but that's because it's in the middle of a mall. To be expected. Here's a thought - go to the Verizon store, buy your new phone, and have them port the data while you shop or go to one of the restaurants. Overall, a very smooth experience and I highly recommend.”

“I went in early one morning after feeling dismissed by a different location, I was very content with the customer service offered at this location. I was informed that this location was a franchise and not corporate so I will be coming here in the future. A lot more friendly and helpful than the Riverdale rd location”

“Had a phenomenal experience with Abdiel at this location after going to the Holyoke store to remove my husbands phone after his passing… the staff at the Holyoke store was rude and unprofessional. Had me sit there for an hour and told me the line would be cancelled and removed from my account and bill. It was never done! Unbelievable!!! So when I had to return to do phone trade ins, I went to West Springfield because I received excellent service in the past!!! They were kind and caring and made a difficult task less difficult!!! I have been an ATT customer for 20+ years because the service has always been excellent but the service in Holyoke was appalling compared to my experience at the Riverdale Road store on West Springfield,”

“My wife is a victim of identity theft. Her phone was hacked and her personal info was gone. Canceling the service was necessary for us to start over. We had terrible customer service with every rep we spoke to. Terrible!! I drove over 100 miles to this branch. The associate Pavan took the time to discuss our situation and he stepped up and took control. This man is what real customer service should always be. Thank you Pavan?. You are a kind soul”

“Daisha has impeccable customer service and made the transfer process fun and easy!! We only stayed for about 2 hours because we were deep in great conversation ? ? but she took care of everything quickly and recommended me a phone that I'm finally very satisfied with. I know it's just activating a phone, but it would have been a different experience with a different person. AT&T is blessed to have her.”

“We have had three new buildings, two building expansions and numerous renovations at three other buildings performed by Precision Communications over the last five years. All the workers are professional, reliable and responsive to our requests. They work great with our employees and other building contractors. Have had unshielded and shielded twisted pair and both indoor and outdoor fiber installed. Have never gone wrong with Precision Communications.”

“(Translated by Google) My husband and I we have being customers for years. We have nothing bad to say about Boost nor the Store. I just went to get a new phone and the young lady that was there had such a great attitude, was honest and so kind. I left there feeling I was visited a friend. I also learned that it is a family owned business. ??”

“We came in on 1/4/26 to get my sister a new phone. I believe the person who helped us was Hector. We had time constraints and he went out of his way to not only make sure we got great customer service, but also got us out of there pretty quickly. I was impressed. Everything was explained quickly but effectively, he helped her stick within a certain budget, and didn’t pressure any decisions or extra add ons for the plan. I hope I got his name correct. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was extremely pleased with how this trip went.”

“Went to pay my bill. I also got information on how to switch a different carrier's phone to my account. They were very helpful. Most Verizon store sales people are not as helpful as this one was! Thank you so very much for your help!”
