“I like this place, including the hours they have. I ship and pick up boxes all the time for the past 6 years and never had a problem. If you are going to send something make sure you check your address and make sure its correct. If you give the company the wrong info, don't be shocked that the package was sent somewhere else. Make sure you read up on their policy when picking up a package. Go ahead and ask questions so you are all clear when picking up. Customers should be accountable when they make a mistake. it's common sense.”

“Very efficient service! I came in to drop off an amazon package I was returning, and I didn't realize how quick it was! I had a code on my phone and just came in with the package, they scanned the code on my phone, gave me a receipt, and even a coupon for discounted services! I had multiple errands to run that day, so thank you to Mary for making my experience positive and quick!”

“The woman who helped me was very helpful. It was a big box and she wanted me to be aware of the cost and if I was alright with that. She was empathetic that I was sending things to my sister after my Mom died and they were not valuable, just sentimental.”
