I feel like anyone who walks in here will find something they can enjoy whether it be an older classic or something new! Definitely beats all of the chain retailers I visit to find pokemon TCG. Owner was incredibly kind and knowledgeable of his products! Which made conversation feel natural and interesting for me. Will definitely be visiting again soon, and looking forward to it!”

“We just spent over an hour at your (01906) Saugus, MA, location with Mike B. On Route One North. We had billing issues. He was so helpful. The mistakes were all made in 2021 when it was Sprint but whatever he couldn’t fix he guided us through and what he could answer he did clearly and with a positive attitude. I realize he didn’t make any commission working with us and missed out on other customers. It didn’t seem to phase him at all. He kept us laughing with his very good humor. Kudos to Mike B. and thank you!”

“A company that leads the world in AI technology, still manages to get one thing right thankfully. Customer service is still a necessity in life, always has been, and will always be. My Pixel 9 Pro XL was affected by the green line and the screen was black, making it impossible to use my phone.
Thankfully a live Google store is available in Boston, with helpful and professionally competent staff. The technician that serviced my phone named Wednesday, was confident and assured me that he would resolve the issue. I'm so greatful for his help in fixing my phone and it looks and works amazing.

“We use cambridge sound for our company fleet. Herc and crew are always so helpful and knowledgable when it comes to our camera system and installation of lockboxes. They really go the extra mile to call the camera company tech support to troubleshoot directly, and will always try to fit us in at a moments notice. There have been unplanned events when we are mid delivery and have an emergency issue that they will have us come take care of and back on the road. I cannot recommend them enough for their skill and professionalism!”

Gardy(the store manager) personally assisted me and two other customers at the same time and I was not bothered by it one bit. He showed the same amount of attention to each of us. Multitasking and active listening are definitely skill sets of his! He addressed all my concerns and he took the time to educate me on other products that could be useful for me as well. What also stood out to me was I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed as I did visiting other T-Mobile storefronts; which prompted me to walk right back out. This is by far the best T-Mobile I’ve ever visited!”

“I normally don't leave reviews of companies that don't sell food, but Motu has some of the best customer service I have ever received. I bought a Motu M2 in summer of 2020 and recently had some some build quality issues. I called and asked what could be done and they said send it in and we'll send you a new one. $15 for shipping there and two weeks later I have a brand new unit that is much improved years after the warranty ended.Definitely will be buying from this company again especially since they make their stuff in the USA.That's how you keep a customer satisfied!”
