“Best experience ar CVS ever in my life. As I came in I heard a lady warmly helping out someone. I thought that’s nice to see real customer service but went to look for my items. I did not see what I was looking for intersection and not only was she very helpful and going to the back to find it. She was just altogether very pleasant. The review is not because she went to go get it out of the back because they’re actually was not any in the back - when she put up the other item she got from the back she saw the item I was looking for. I just completely overlooked it. Moral of the story is great Customer Service still exist. Thanks Richetta!”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
