“The customer service representative that I dealt with from the time I moved in all the way up until today has been Andy.. and let me tell you Andy is one of the most genuine trustworthy honest awesome like I don't even know what else I can say about him except this I totally love this guy he is awesome he will work with you the best he can I just it's been a really long time since I have met someone or even spoken to someone as friendly and honest as him in a very very long time but other than that if you are looking for a storage unit just get ahold of extra space storage located on Allen road 11511 Allen road in Southgate,mi. And let me tell you I've had five other storages in the past and this is the absolute best storage I've ever had to deal with and Andy is the reason thank you for listening thank you for the review I hope you appreciate it I know he will and I definitely do so thank you all and have a wonderful day see ya wouldn't want to be you sorry I know I'm being goofy ?”

I dont do the lady name but she doesn’t needs to be there if you wanna have a attitude and be nonchalant don’t work in a public setting I wish I knew the lady name but what irritates me is when you say ok I can’t help you I’m on break for two more mins go sit back down two mins passed you decide oh I have to use the bathroom so now the customer have to wait even longer because you wanna walk slow and wait until your break is over to use the bathroom”

“I highly recommend Mini U Storage 13450 Merriman Road, Livonia, MI. The managing couple was supportive as we concluded a long storage period with them. They patiently reminded us of and helped us fully understand our responsibilities to end our business with them. We arranged a service and joined the service there to remove our stored items. I swept out the walls, door and floor of the unit. Our business with the managing couple was ended in a prompt and fair way.”

You could tell they were experienced movers. We had some very awkwardly big pieces we needed to move to our new space and Josh & Ron handled everything with such ease.
