“So I came back to rhe public storage family and was kindly greeted by a receptionist named Shantay hope I'm spelling her name correctly she was down to earth and very helpful I was very irritated this day but she made me laugh a few times I'm kinda happy Extra space storage made me leave from price hike ups smh”
“The customer service representative that I dealt with from the time I moved in all the way up until today has been Andy.. and let me tell you Andy is one of the most genuine trustworthy honest awesome like I don't even know what else I can say about him except this I totally love this guy he is awesome he will work with you the best he can I just it's been a really long time since I have met someone or even spoken to someone as friendly and honest as him in a very very long time but other than that if you are looking for a storage unit just get ahold of extra space storage located on Allen road 11511 Allen road in Southgate,mi. “Zack and Tyler are a great team. I have had a unit in this place on and off for years, since 2017. I have had a unit on every floor. The place is clean and protected by password secure doors and cameras. My family currently has 2 units here.”
“This place is so clean and nice! It has super easy access, indoor and outdoor. Dollys to help move your stuff and again its so clean. Moving this time has been one issue after another so I thought finding the right storage space would also be a hassle. I was so wrong! Customer service was outstanding!
Andy got me in and out within 20 minutes! So nice and down to earth, walked me through to the storage unit and went over all the information clearly and quickly. Im so glad I went here first. Thank you Andy! Your awesome!
UPDATE: Its is now December 2025, Ashley just made my day ! Wonderful easy customer service and she saved me alot of worry. Changed my unit to a more appropriate size for my current needs and got everything switched in less then 10 minutes. I have always had a great experience here. The ppl are wonderful, the facility is clean, safe, and easy to access. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Ashley!!!”

I dont do the lady name but she doesn’t needs to be there if you wanna have a attitude and be nonchalant don’t work in a public setting I wish I knew the lady name but what irritates me is when you say ok I can’t help you I’m on break for two more mins go sit back down two mins passed you decide oh I have to use the bathroom so now the customer have to wait even longer because you wanna walk slow and wait until your break is over to use the bathroom”

“Had a GREAT experience with Men on the Move this week. We were moving office spaces in Detroit and they were the guys for the job. We had the pleasure of working with Josh & Ron - dynamic duo! You could tell they were experienced movers. We had some very awkwardly big pieces we needed to move to our new space and Josh & Ron handled everything with such ease.
