“Adam Blackwell in the Service department is a Rock Star! He demonstrated the following attributes: Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Enthusiasm and Service. Adam CARES! Adam and the service tech (Danielle - another Rock Star!) recommended service on my vehicle that was needed that I overlooked. They were able to respond with the needed service within the time constraint I placed, to ensure that when I left the service department, my vehicle would be operated in the safest possible manner. Too bad that the rating stops at 5 Stars... I would have rated higher, if possible.”

“The service manager was very professional. He sent me an email detailing the diagnosis/courtesy inspection that was performed on my vehicle. Told me if I had any questions to please call.
He also called after sending the email asking me if I had any further questions and qouted me the price.
In the email he gave me a list of routine maintenance that needed to be done as well as the cost.
He included various pictures of my vehicle.
They provide a shuttle vehicle gives you a ride home while your vehicle is getting serviced. They will also pick you up once your vehicle is finished.
I plan on going back and getting the other services done.
Rons garage is now my go to shop for my automotive repair needs.

“Made an appointment for an oil change at 10:00. Dropped the car off at 10:05, let them know I would be waiting. Came back at 11:15 to pick up the car, it had always taken about an hour in the past. They hadn't even started working on it, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Update: The owner reached out and took steps to rectify the situation.”
“I had a great experience here when I went in for a brake inspection and tire rotation. They said I still had some life in my brake pads and identified a battery terminal issue that could lead to some issues down the line (the terminals were incredibly rusty and I had been ignoring it lol) and they did great work. Chuck and Mike at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is so awesome. It really helped me out while my car was in the shop. Mark, the shuttle driver, was so nice, personable, and a joy to talk to. Don't sleep on this shop, they do good work and won't try to sell you services you don't need!”
“Took my 3RS in for a drive belt change and they took care of it flawlessly. 1/2 the cost of the dealer and Nick even found a trim piece that was left off from the factory tucked behind the air box. These guys do great work with a through inspection report on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

For example, they don't do tire repairs or replacement so they referred me to someone, Firestone in downtown Ann Arbor near Huron street.”
