“This is for February 2026. Mighty slippery out where I live. Little roads with somewhat steep sides where etc edge of the road can be buried under snow and you don't know quite where it is. I slipped down one side of the road, sideways - into the ditch. No getting out. Tow truck came and rescued me. Snow was packed into all the wheel wells. Had to go to Sesi Mazda.
Doug, (service manager explained things in understandable ways - again greatly appreciated). Showed me where the snow had caked into ice. Explained possibilities, including wheel align. Price was Ok with me. He'd call if more was found. Nothing was. Work was done wonderfully and in a timely fashion.
Car nicely washed before I left - it always is. . Excellent place, Sesi Mazda. Doug is superb Repair Shop Manager. I trust him and Sesi completely. Been going there for six years.”

“Made an appointment for an oil change at 10:00. Dropped the car off at 10:05, let them know I would be waiting. Came back at 11:15 to pick up the car, it had always taken about an hour in the past. They hadn't even started working on it, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Update: The owner reached out and took steps to rectify the situation.”
“Took my 3RS in for a drive belt change and they took care of it flawlessly. 1/2 the cost of the dealer and Nick even found a trim piece that was left off from the factory tucked behind the air box. These guys do great work with a through inspection report on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
“Adam Blackwell in the Service department is a Rock Star! He demonstrated the following attributes: Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Enthusiasm and Service. Adam CARES! Adam and the service tech (Danielle - another Rock Star!) recommended service on my vehicle that was needed that I overlooked. They were able to respond with the needed service within the time constraint I placed, to ensure that when I left the service department, my vehicle would be operated in the safest possible manner. Too bad that the rating stops at 5 Stars... I would have rated higher, if possible.”
“In Ann Arbor this little shop is where you'll find timely, honest Japanese automotive repairs. If they cannot do something, they'll let you know upfront and forthright. For example, they don't do tire repairs or replacement so they referred me to someone, Firestone in downtown Ann Arbor near Huron street.”

I thought I needed new inner tie rods on my both front wheels. But, after inspecting my car, the technician determined it was my power steering rack which needing replacing.
