“Michelle and Jennifer have been very helpful as we mail packages and send letters! It's wonderful to have a post office location where We can send postcards and they are all delivered! Woo Hoo!”
“Darran made our passport experience easy, fun, and fast!!!
He knows what he's doing and answers questions!
We highly recommend doing yours here!!”
“Barbara and Ashley had the nicest attitudes I’ve seen at a USPS store and got everything I needed taken care of very quickly and efficiently. Great customer service, thank you!”
“New guy with not 2 weeks of experience helped me. Did a great job. Glad to be taken care of by this post location. Thank you for doing your best, that's all we can ask. Mistakes happen, learn from them and March On.”
“Despite feeling quite nervous, I successfully passed my vehicle training course. Now, I can officially drive a pro master vehicle for the United States postal service. Having a great driving instructor like Dave Hall made all the difference, reassuring me that everything would be all right. Shout out to Dave Hall - thank you!”
“I’m always impressed with the service given at this office. I lived in another Northern Oakland County city for 40 years and the lines were long and the staff not very friendly. When I moved to Oxford 4 years ago I am amazed at what a nice experience I have there every time I go.”
“Now a days they have removed the option to ring the bell after getting inside the room. Handicap entrance button does not work even though there are markers telling us to get in by using the button”

“This is the best post office I’ve dealt with in a while! I had to go to three different post offices today because they were out of flat rate boxes and didn’t tell me to that I could buy any box and place the priority express label. Another place (goin postal) told me that there’s no guarantee that my package will get to the destination by Monday. A very very nice man of (I think) Indian decent helped me and he was very helpful. I was very stressed out after running around all morning already and he never got frustrated with me. Thank you so much for your help! Both of the postal workers there were very helpful and pleasant!”
“Used the drop in mailbox to return a small package I already labeled on Monday at 5:50 or so, when there was a busy line is around 11 people. Within just 1 day they updated it at around 9:30 pm shown on ebay (then arrived elsewhere 1 hour later). I wish it was slightly earlier like at 6pm but that's still great updating time!”
“Very helpful location! All delivery services come with a fault, as millions of pieces of mail AT least, travel delay! This USPS is fully of hard working people, that answer the phones, are pleasant at our mailboxes and are helpful in finding mail and its timing! Thank you guys!!!”
“I recently visited this USPS location for a passport application and was assisted by Bridget. She was very polite and friendly, and made the whole process smooth and quick. Thank you!”
“Had a package misdelivered at my complex, thankfully the employees were very helpful in getting it sorted out and I had my package very shortly after talking to them.”
“Stopped into this branch for the first time, this morning. No wait for the front desk, but there was a short line at the self-service kiosk. The (2) employee that I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. This location is within walking distance from my work and I will definitely come back again.”
“This cute little post office respectfully answered all the questions of the customer in front of me & I had very fast service myself. I had no issue being seen or with the business hours (I showed up at my lunch break at 11:50). I was in & out in 10 minutes.”
