“Now a days they have removed the option to ring the bell after getting inside the room. Handicap entrance button does not work even though there are markers telling us to get in by using the button”

“I went into the Clawson post office during lunch today to pick up a package that needed a signature. The woman who helped me (I didn't get her name) was the most patient, helpful and kind person I've come across in a very long time. I find customer service in today's world to be pretty awful. The black woman (hopefully, this helps with WHOM she was) who helped me today restored my faith in humanity a bit. Thank you & Merry Christmas!”

“Five star service for associate William! The woman behind me was hilarious… She said hey! You’re a will from the Google lol definitely made me chuckle when she mentioned how great his service was and I was able to experience it. “Despite feeling quite nervous, I successfully passed my vehicle training course. Now, I can officially drive a pro master vehicle for the United States postal service. “Go inside the fresh building. Difficult to find since there is no signs of usps. They have packaging to ship priority mail. It is a Meijir customer service desk that also has a subset of usps services.”

“Came in for a 3 person passport appointment this morning and Wyatt was AMAZING!! Super helpful!! He had us in and out as fast as possible and was incredibly patient with us throughtout the entire process. Could not recommend his help more!”
“The people who work on the counter are very nice and helpful. Although there usually is a line but they get through it quick, i wish they can keep 2 people there at a time. Otherwise great location!”

“Very helpful location! All delivery services come with a fault, as millions of pieces of mail AT least, travel delay! This USPS is fully of hard working people, that answer the phones, are pleasant at our mailboxes and are helpful in finding mail and its timing! Thank you guys!!!”

“Francine has been awesome during the transaction I have encountered. I understand that it can be difficult in certain situations people are going through each situation when it comes to usps.
