“Kim is very sweet and knowledgeable and very helpful. Never to much of a wait. Quick service and decent customer service. The inside is a tad small the parking is free but limited space. Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Also very clean and organized.”

“My FAVORITE post office! Tim, and Laura make sure everyone feels right at home when visiting. I've never been to any post office where everyone's personality is GREAT, fun, and always upbeat! If I could give this post office 10 stars I would. The only downside is that they aren’t open Saturday's, and close at 5pm M-F. 6:30/7pm would be a great closing time, but I do understand that romulus isn't a very big town, and they probably don't have enough customers to really stay open that late. I”
“Very impressed with the above and beyond service provided. Tammy was at the counter moments before closing on May 29,2019. I needed to send an urgent overnight document to Great Lakes Nat'l Cemetery and she made sure it was on the truck to go out immediately. She could of told me it will go out tomorrow but she went the extra mile to help me. I am very appreciative and send her a huge Thank You.”

“The other places wouldn't take walk ins. They kept blaming it on COVID and short staff. But clearly the Gov website and US post office said walk-ins are welcomed and the app wouldnt let us book the appointment the day or night before.

“On 9/1/21, I experienced a rude female USPS employee. The blue drop box states 5:00 p.m. collection pick up time. It was 4:34 p.m. when the employee rolled away the mail bin from the blue drop box. She refused to answer me in a professional manner, if the mail that gets placed into the drop box at the present time 4:35 p.m., will not be collected or processed until the following day?”
“After having my package be in a Miss sent loop, Debbie was able to find my package out of like 400 parcels.

“**UPDATE** THIS POST OFFICE HAS DRASTICALLY IMPROVED! Thanks to my constant complaining which I should not need to do but I gotta give em props... Thanks for finally realizing citizens have a right to timely prompt accurate MAIL DAILY! Keep it up PLEASE!
First of all...I never have gotten my mail on time or at a consistent time since the old mail carrier retired and moved out of state.... Now.. I rarely see my mail until after 630p some days... And packages are even worse! I get it....short staff blah blah blah but come on..! How long are you going to use that excuse usps!? Do better! People need their mail TIMELY AND CONSISTENTLY! THAT'S NOT ASKING A LOT SEEING AS ITS A RIGHT OF OURS! My informed delivery showed a very important package....my glasses so I could see....for delivery today.. But instead of them going from Detroit facility to Westland they end up in canton! Even further! Now I have no delivery date and can't contact anyone at the Damn post office of course! Why do they even have a number listed...they never answer the phone! I am so frustrated and have had this issue for years now and made multiple complaints and it never gets better.! Ever since I moved out here mail delivery has absolutely sucked! Do better! Plan accordingly! Something geez! I've had it!”
“I haven’t read any of the poor reviews, but this is the best post office experience I’ve had honestly, and it was all because of Ed’s demeanour. Friendly, helpful, warm, and wasn’t at all fussy when I had a complicated military address to send to. I’ll be coming here from now on.”
“Very professional and very helpful and they even helped me after hours. The scanning machine in the hallway was not working, I saw somebody in the the office, after knocking on the window, the lady came out and helped me print the prepurchase qr code shipping label. Thank you I really appreciated your help.”
