“I have been a long time customer at this Meijer. The greeter Lou, she is normally on the general merchandise side, is always friendly ,happy and positive energy. I have always had a positive experience with Roman the self checkout member on the grocery side, he is always smiling and friendly.”
“This is not a particularly cheap place to buy groceries for the family. They do have great potato salad and some interesting bulk food items. This store is mostly stocked-up for the needs of restaurants.”
“They have a restaurant in the back that we ordered from. We got the 3 tacos dinner with rice and beans and a vegetarian burrito. It was all delicious! Definitely will be coming back again!”

“Good prices and this is the only store that carries canned greens (collards, mustard, turnip and spinach) with no sugar added. This is important to me because I am a Certified Wellness Coach and our healthy weight loss program requires a lot of vegetables and no sugar. The staff is friendly and helpful.”

“Great experience here... Filled my cart full of groceries and checked out, when I went to pay for the items, I realized I had forgotten my wallet... I told the cashier and put my cart behind the counter... I went home and returned to Dollar General and paid for my items... This clerk is to be commended! She figured out a way to keep the store running smoothly without having to run my items thru the check out a second time... I believe she was the first shift manager... Thank God for her consideration and concern for her customers! This incident happened today, 04-20-2021... And, she was able to do this, help customers, stock shelves and deal with a disgruntled employee all at the same time... Good job Dollar General on your choice of employees...”

“Friendly employees. I did notice a few employees standing around the exiting area talking to one another casually. If I was running the place, I would insist that they gather in their break room not our front. It's a little too casual and not a professional look.”

“I love Aldi, plain and simple. I do wish that corporate would either upgrade the store or rebuild to make the Benton Harbor store bigger and better with self checkout lanes and wider aisles. It can be done. There are plenty of locations very close to the current spot that could be looked at.”
