“Are there any workers except 5 cashiers at the front? Anyways, there’s litteraly nothing you can go wrong with this place. Suits, casual attire, shoes, swimwear, sportswear, etc… very great for back to school shopping or many you just want to get your significant other a suit or a dress.”
“Meijer in Caledonia also known as Gaines Market place, is a very nice store. It’s always clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The checkout lines here move fast. I’ve rarely ever had to wait more than 5-8 minutes for a checkout.
I very much recommend this Meijer location. It also has a Starbucks inside and is next door there is a game stop, aldis, target, eyeglasses place and pet grooming place. To other side of this Meijer there’s plenty of food options to eat such as Panera, Logan’s, Panda Express, Wendy’s, qdoba, bob Evan’s and more! It’s very conveniently located.”

“I really like the selection of beauty and personal care items and found a perfume that I've been wanting for 12.99 instead of the $70 that I've found online elsewhere. I do think their selection of women's clothing could be better but I don't go there for clothing so it doesn't affect my desire to shop there. I do think the alpine location is the best however compared to Grandville.”
“Staff is so nice! I was visiting from out of state and left my personal item in the bathroom. I called the next day and spoke with Karen, who said someone had turned in the item, and said she would ship it to me! Got my item today and just wanted to say thank you to her and her team!”
“Gaines Target always has the best customer service! The store is always clean and 95% of the time has everything I need, other stores in my area may have 70-80% of the items on my list. As I mentioned before, their customer service is absolutely outstanding! The dollar spot never disappoints ?”
“Had a wonderful service/experience with two regular staff members and a customer service manager. We had an order that was sent incorrectly to our house, we were sent the wrong product. After figuring out how to do the refund, they then match the black Friday price for the correct sweater. 100% recommend going to this location.”
“My daughter got sick today at Macy's, she threw up three times, twice was on the carpet. She felt awful and was so embarrassed. We found an employee to tell and both of the gentleman that helped were phenomenal. I was blown away by how kind and understanding they were. Top notch, I wish I'd have gotten their names but it was just a bit stressful. However whoever you are, working today (6/10/24) around 2pm thank you so much. I told my daughter we'd have to come back and shop here because it was such a nice experience even though it was not a nice moment in our day.”
“Stopped for a quick few things on a Saturday afternoon. In and out rather quickly without issue. Most everything is arranged like most other Meijer's so you know where to find things.
The shopping carts have special wheels now that stop the cart if triggering an alarm. Interesting.”
“Today I was @ the woodland mall location& I loved the experience I had with the jewelry rep.she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, although we had a little trouble the manager came down to save the day, and we was able to complete my transaction. I wish every store had a dedicated team members like this.it was around 5 it was busy, but I was treated like I was the only one there.”
“Meijer is a nice big box store that isn't Walmart. They aren't without their own set of societal sins, but they don't move in and destroy communities. They tend to kick back into the places they open their stores. They also tend to not carry the cheapest-available, toxic products, as well, so they have that going for them. If you have to go big box, this is a reasonable middle ground, IMO.”
“I would like to thank Ian for his incredible patience, honesty and his willingness to work with me. I had requested a pretty big job as it relates to highlights. It took a long time to get it done, but Ian was so professional, patient and truly cares about doing a great job. He did make it very light just as I like it and how I requested it. He is a newer stylist, so there is still some learning to do, but I sincerely would like to thank him for being so kind and caring. You can just tell that he cares about his customers and wanting to make them happy. I also really appreciated how he said if there is something you would like adjusted or corrected, don’t hesitate to call. Again, Ian, I appreciate the effort you put in today. It was not an easy job, but you handled it so well. I think you will go far in this business! Thank you again and I appreciate you!”

“I've been coming to this store frequently for over a year for chicken feed, treats, bedding and some dog items too. They have a nice selection of garden supplies and tools as well. Today I stopped in for our chicken feed and 3 different staff members asked if I needed any help. One even offered to load up my car. They were all so friendly! We love this store.”

“I was surprised that Walmart was not too busy at the time I visited here. I usually go to Walmart for specific items which cost less at other grocery stores. It is all about getting in, quickly selecting your items and using the scan and go while saving some money.”

“Oh my gosh - I should say OH MY JOSH!!!! Josh at the Guest Service desk was SO AWESOME on the evening of 7/13/24 an hour before closing. He warmly welcomed us as we entered the store and helped us for the final hour before closing with the huge task of doing individual price adjustments on dozens of items that were now on 20% off through tonight only. I appreciate his time, patience, energy and positive attitude. He stayed focused and was kind with a smile. His team was equally as kind, backing him up on return registers when other guests got in line. Thank you Eva, Katrina & Tori for being great teammates so Josh could help us! Thanks y'all! “Stopped by last week with an online return, and the employee was so helpful. The line was long (like 3 people), so another employee came by with a mobile checkout to speed things along. I came back yesterday for some dog toys and found just what I needed. Store is clean and employees were great!”
