“I like the affordability of the tools and everything else. Everyone knows since you didnt pay for the expensive tools that there is the chance it won't last long. That being said what makes it worth it is the warranties they offer and how simple it is to return the product to get a replacement. They are really great at thie customer service and super friendly in the store. Overall if the tools had more longevity it would be 5 stars hands down. Its more of a diy kind of store vs contractor. They have good stuff and not so good stuff.”
