After finding their cards, I would LOVE as well as it gives me a great sense of relief that LaTrice Bronner, or Marcellus Orta might be there to assist.
LaTrice answered all of my questions while I finished signing in, and even inspected the vehicle with me (walk-around) while letting me finish signing on her tablet right by the vehicle, knowing I was in hurry. That's service.
Prior to, Marcellus overheard I was moving and went out (OF his OWN volition) and staged the vehicle for moving (all seats down, moving blanket over all).

“When I first pull up I said ok, They have everything out here. Then when I walk in I was greeted by Randy with nothing but good vibes. Very respectable and a helpful person. I just had did a reservation that morning with the operator. And the team couldn’t find it but guess what they help me set up another reservation in 5 minutes and I got my truck and I was off to work in 20 minutes. And it was because I had so many choices to choose from. 4/9 This morning I woke up to talk to Kayla because it was time for me to return and he help me. He was real kind and helpful and got me set up again. There the best go see them if u need a car will not over charge u either. When I say Dream Team there the best. Keep up the good work to the whole staff. Yall have a wonderful thing going on the staff all work together.”

“I've had multiple bad experiences at this location in the past from someone who told me they were the manager. I was forced to use this location again through a dealership and the experience was completely different. Treasure was great! Very friendly and helpful. Another employee that drove me to the vehicle was also great but I didn't catch his name. Hopefully they are under new management and the great service continues.”

“The vehicle that I rented was a nice car. However, it was missing a gas cap door and also, the remote did not work with any functions that I needed to press buttons, because the whole side of the remote buttons were missing, So I could not automatically start the car; when I spoke with the representatives (nice people) they said they only have one key that to me is ridiculous.”

“The NICEST, most COMPASSIONATE, GENEROUS, and AMAZING man by the name of Tommy works here at Hall & Tilch in Macomb.
I called him in a panic when the tire blew out on the Ohio Turnpike because the car was due by 6pm today. We were under 2 hours from the house when it happened at 1:30. He told me to keep him posted.
When I realized at 4pm that it wasn’t going to happen because homeboy at the tire shop in Sandusky was busy eating a sandwich, Tommy told me to call him back at 5:45 and let him know what was going on (just before he closed).
At 5:45 I called to tell him I wouldn’t be there until around 7:30 and he told me he would wait around.
I showed up an hour and a half after he was supposed to close, and yet the only words he said were, “Everything is alright. The important part is you’re safe”.
He wasn’t angry about staying over. His concern was solely on us being safe.
This man deserves to go viral for all the good reasons viral posts should.
I will ALWAYS pray for Tommy.
I pray that he receives all the blessings, kindness, and compassion that he puts out into this world.
But, PLEASE, if you ever need to rent a car - please see the kindest man who exudes humanity and bless him with your business and bless yourself by knowing you went to someone who truly deserves to win!”
