“Enterprise on Mack in Grosse Pointe has a young lady working there that is a real team player. When I arrived, she was the only employee working in the reception area, when it was time to get my vehicle she went into the garage and started helping the guy vacuum the van. I’m self employed myself, having a team player like her lets you know there are still employees that will not only go the extra mile, but they will stay on the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Great job young lady!”

“Absolutely great experience, i had no reservation, just walked in, and 15 minutes later and drove off in a clean, full tank car. Returning the rental was even easier, 5 min and I was out. Everyone was nice and polite, especially the two gentlemen that I directly dealt with. Definitely, this location will be my goto for any future rentals, and recommendations for others in my circle. Update!!! Again, (July 12, 2026) I was in need of rental, and I went to my GOTO rental place, my car broke down and no reservation walk-in and, despite the fact this place was packed, when I told Donovan what is my situation he went above and beyond and talk to the manager and he got me a rental. Donovan was very professional and caring individual. Process was very easy, and return was even easier. Thank you!!!!”

“Dan Pridotkas, the manager at Clinton Township, is fantastic and made it such a good experience renting from enterprise! He arranged ride pick up, and the car I needed for a week. I appreciate his professionalism and attentiveness. My suv was hit and run and he helped me greatly. Will absolutely rent from Dan again!”

“What they lack in inventory, they make up for customer service. I can’t even hold the inventory issue against them, as it seems at the time I was trying to rent that no rental car agency had inventory. I watched as Keegan went above and beyond for not just me, but every customer that came in. He used every resource at his disposal to give the most people the best possible outcome. He delivered 5-star customer service while being pulled in a hundred directions by agitated customers. Admittedly, I was one of the distressed customers, but he really made things right. Honorable mention to the folks at the Troy location for bringing over a car to this location to help their colleagues and customers out. I do have beef with Enterprise corporate because they are leaving their agents to deal with inventories online not matching what the branches have on the lot at all. Will I rent from Enterprise again? I’m not necessarily sure, but if I do again, it will be due to the customer service provided by the agents at our local branches and NOT Enterprise corporate.”

“Interacted with Jamell after reserving through Costco. I reserved a standard SUV, he called to say that they might be unable to fulfill that and we settled on a minivan. At pickup and return I dealt with Arial, who offered me a full size SUV, but I opted to stay with the minivan. Returning was quick. There are other Enterprise offices closer to me, but I return to Roseville because of the better customer service from the branch employees.”

“Michigan Car & Van Rental served me and my family very well! First of all, I called the day of to rent a 15 passenger van after Enterprise called and canceled the van I had booked for weeks! So I was so very grateful to find this company who was willing to accommodate! We planned our annual family trip and 8 of us were counting on riding together comfortably to Pennsylvania in this type of transportation! All representatives were nice and friendly and willing to help! The transit van was new and very clean with a full tank of gas! I loved the baggage space which accommodated all of our bags, as well as, coolers and items needed for our trip! I highly recommend Michigan Car & Van Rental to anyone going on a family trip! I will definitely use them again next year and will reserve early to ensure I secure one of these exceptional vehicles! Thank you again!”

“The last time I rented i reserved a Cadillac. But, not reading the fine print I recieved a SUV. No worries. This time the two associates went out of their way to find a luxury car...I was quite happy with. Though it was only 20 minutes ago ive forgotten his name. But Shannon and the young man were very helpful and super friendly. Will certainly rent again.”

“I wanted to share about the service I received from the 2 young ladies working the day I picked up the Pacifica I rented and dropped it off. I wish I could remember their names but they where so nice and made renting very easy to pick up and drop off. No hassle at all. She gave me an option of 3 vehicles they had in that category, the advantages of each mini van and that really helped a lot. Thanks again for the service and I will be back again to location for my next rental.”

“Justin at Avis Budget Rental Car provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. It is rare to find someone who is genuinely eager to assist and proactively works to ensure that every customer gets what they need—but that is exactly who Justin is. What impressed me most was that his exceptional service wasn’t limited to me. I watched him interact with every customer who came in, and he treated each person with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Everyone seemed to know his name, which speaks volumes about the relationships he has built with customers. I also called Justin with questions after experiencing an issue with the Avis 360 system. Although customer service ultimately resolved it, Justin was still patient, attentive, and willing to help. He never sounded dismissive or made me feel like I was bothering him. Justin has phenomenal relationship-building skills and naturally provides the type of white-glove service that businesses strive to deliver. His work ethic and character stood out so much that he is someone I would personally want to hire and create an opportunity for as my own businesses grow. Avis is extremely fortunate to have him. I understand this location may receive its share of negative reviews, but I can confidently say they are not a reflection of Justin or the outstanding service he provides. He deserves to be recognized, rewarded, and given every opportunity to advance within the company.”
