“I went into the Clawson post office during lunch today to pick up a package that needed a signature. The woman who helped me (I didn't get her name) was the most patient, helpful and kind person I've come across in a very long time. I find customer service in today's world to be pretty awful. The black woman (hopefully, this helps with WHOM she was) who helped me today restored my faith in humanity a bit. Thank you & Merry Christmas!”
“The United States Postal service in St. Clair shores, MI. is Awesome. The staff are very friendly with excellent customer service skills. In addition, I am so happy that they stay open longer than other post offices... and I love that they have a small selection of cards (thank you, birthday cards, etc.). “Patrice & Kim exemplified amazing customer service. Came into the store with 4 items that I needed to ship. They suggested different products than the ones I was intending to purchase. This resulted in more efficient shipping and even saved me a bit of money. Instead of sending multiple individual items to the same address, I was able to bundle some packages and send them faster and cheaper.
While I was in store, there were customers coming to send packages, purchase money orders, and even some with passport appointments. These ladies were extremely kind. They exercised patience when customers had different issues and took their time to explain the solution.
This visit made today’s errand much smoother. Thanks again, ladies! I will definitely use this post office again in the future.”

You’re a will from the Google lol definitely made me chuckle when she mentioned how great his service was and I was able to experience it. “I called this post office today desperately trying to correct an address on a package that had been sent. The merchant I ordered from left off an apt #. I got a lovely gal on the phone who located the package and got the correct information on there for me. I had been phoning everywhere and couldn't get any help! I'm so grateful to her. I don't know her name, but she was awesome!”

I walked in with a package to ship. I didn't have a box, tape or anything except a shipping label QR code. There was 1 person at the window and 2 working in the back. They got me a box and everything I needed with no attitude.
Since I was unprepared, I had to get in line 3 different times. Still went fast and smooth. However, there were some impatient customers who had attitudes.”
“Both of the people working the kiosk were extremely patient. They saved my invitations before they were mailed out; helping ensure safe delivery. One of the workers, I believe his name was Masum? Took the time to really make sure we were all set. I’m so used to rude post office people and they restored my faith.”

“When I went into the Fox Creek post office (on Jefferson Avenue) i was actually greeted by two employees behind the counter. That's something I hadn't experienced at this station before. The employees were friendly, answered the questions I had, and provided me with the items I needed to ship a package. The customer service was excellent.”

“Just gave this post office a visit and the woman that helped me was awesome. She had really great customer service skills and did not mind helping me by giving me details on sending priority mail and explaining to me my best options for mailing out a package. I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but my experience was great.”
