“Love this place! Every single employee is helpful, kind and such a blessing. Even the fellow customers are so courteous. Woman ahead of me in line grabbed my single item for purchase and bought it for me. Just said have a wonderful day. Store is clean, shelves are stocked, and great parking.”

“Clean and well-organized store. Great selection of festive and party decorations. Art supplies, especially stickers, were limited. The cashier was kind, asked if I found everything, and was quick at checkout.”

“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”

“Dollar tree is one of the most convenient quick spots to shop at with items ranging from minor food purchases, mailing supplies, snacks, and party favors in between and with the added section of five dollars and more it’s a plus”

28726 Stephenson Highway, Madison Heights MI 48071
“The stock at this store is better than most and the aisles are generally not cluttered, as they are at some Dollar Tree locations. But what really sets this store apart is its employees, who are almost always pleasant and helpful. You won't find that at too many other retail establishments.”

965 E Auburn Rd, Rochester Hills MI 48307
“This is not a dollar store, it's a discount store like dollar general. There's lots to see and some great deals. Hats and gloves. A nice craft supply area. Everything plastic for the kitchen. A gift section and so much more. If you've never been there and you like to shop and find a great price make sure you have some time to spend.”

50840 Shelby Rd, Shelby MI 48316
“Great store, my main issue is actually probably with the plaza. I saw this place gets pretty busy during some weekday hours, and there were a lot of bikes around the front, in fact, the employees specifically addressed this because they were in the way. Really, I think they could just use a bike rack, and maybe an exterior bench. As someone who frequently takes my e-bike, there isn’t a good place to lock it up in the area.”

46320 Van Dyke Avenue, Shelby MI 48317
“I actually pass three other Dollar Tree locations just to shop at this one, and it’s worth it every time. The store is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. The staff is what really makes this location stand out. Everyone is so kind, professional, and genuinely pleasant every time I visit. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this team consistently goes above and beyond. I absolutely love this store. Keep up the amazing work—you’ve built something special!”

“I HAVE AN UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM!!!! Dishonest merchant. I was basically double charged for items which normally purchase from this place. Typically I’ll spend $25 but never $45! I came home to add everything up myself which everything estimated to be $31…… this is why don’t rush but today I was too much in a hurry to question the older guy and also he already gain customer trust from previous experiences!!!! The most expensive items was the Tissue $6, Axe $3.50 Fabuloso $4 , Olive moisturizer $6 and miscellaneous products $1.50 7x…..smh………. UPDATE EVERYTHING WAS RESOLVED AFTER SPEAKING WITH A MANAGER AND/OR CASHIER….. I MUST SAY THAT PRIOR TO THE OVERCHARGE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY. TODAY I WAS CREDITED ON MY PURCHASE $31 SO EVERYTHING WHICH TOTALED UP TO $23 because I paid with card!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR LOCAL SHOPPERS!!!”

“I truly cannot thank this Dollar Tree location and their staff enough for the outstanding service they provided. After being delayed and turned away at another Dollar Tree (Hazel Park) , I was already stressed and running on a tight schedule for an event I was responsible for setting up. I had food and supplies in my car and needed to get to the venue as soon as possible. I called this location to explain my situation, and from the very first moment, Sarah was patient, understanding, and reassuring. She listened to my concerns without interrupting and immediately let me know they could help me by filling my balloons. When I arrived at the store, the staff was already aware of my situation and ready to assist. They took my balloons right away, checked that everything was in order, and began filling them without delay. There was no unnecessary questioning, no confusion about policies, and no hesitation. They worked efficiently while still being friendly and professional, making sure the balloons were filled properly and handled with care. The team also showed great awareness of my time constraints. They communicated clearly with me throughout the process, let me know what to expect, and made sure I wasn’t left waiting or wondering what was going on. Their calm, positive attitude helped turn what had been a very stressful situation into a smooth and manageable experience. Sarah and her staff went above and beyond what I expected. Instead of making things difficult, they chose to be helpful, supportive, and solution-oriented. Because of their quick action and excellent customer service, I was able to leave the store promptly and make it to my event without further delays. This location is a perfect example of how customer service should be done. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference in my night. I will absolutely return to this Dollar Tree and recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, friendly service. Thank you again to Sarah and the entire team—you truly saved the day! And the store was extremely clean, organized and spacious probably one of the best dollar trees I've seen thus far.”

“Much improved since the month prior. Items are stocked and they were unboxing more at the time. Surprising to see some new things like a ratcheting screwdriver for $3 that can be found at other retail stores for 4x the cost. Some items are $1.50 now, however, this also reflects quantity and size of the products and still a good value.”

“This place is clean and organized and not like other location you go to, but if you’re trying to find Enfamil formula then they don’t have it here. They do have other brand like Similac. I do shop here for other basic needs such as paper towels, toilet papers, milk and baby diapers if I don’t feel like going to Meijer’s.”

“My name is Ann T. About a week ago I was frantically looking for a store to load money onto my Netspend card. Your employee, I found out today, whose name is Jaylen, was very professional, and provided excellent customer service. Due to his excellent attitude, I decided to see if I could pay money on 2 of my credit cards at this location. I was waited on by, yes get this, another wonderful employee, Andrina!(I apologize if I misspelled her name, I had the nerve to ask her to spell it, but I still may have spelled it wrong). She was very proficient with my 2 credit card transactions, and very friendly while ringing up my basket full of items. She even helped me get my items situated to get in my car. I couldn't let tonight pass without recognizing Jaylen & Andrina! They are both assets to Family Dollar! Sincerely, Ann T.”

40828 Ryan Road, Sterling Heights MI 48310
“This is one of the more stocked dollar tree in the area. Everything is great about it except the parking situation. Since it's in the same lot as Dream Market, it gets very busy. Drivers in this neighborhood are horrendous. You have to be extremely careful even getting out of your car. Most of the drivers that come here won't care a single bit before trying to run you over. Other than the parking situation, great place to shop for variety of juices.”
