“First off , I stoped by the metro by t Mobil store the one on 8 mile and Southfield to purchase a new phone found out that the store was closed without any Notification to there customers also noticed that it’s no longer METRO BY T MOBIL Store anymore they have a new signs and the Metro signs are gone over night I guess because I pass by this location every day and that’s my main one to pay my bill. I searched other metro by t Mobil stores and saw that this location had some really good reviews. The two customer service representative that was there were absolutely fantastic! They greeted every customer that walk in and were so incredibly helpful.Wes the Manager Who help me out the most was very patient and informative he walked me through everything helped me set things up and showed me the best options when getting my new phone. It was worth the trip there and I will be making future purchases from this location I have already recommended this location to family and friends because I know they’ll be treated the exact same way I was.”

There’s nothing else like it around.If you don’t have this, you’re gonna be stuck ordering things or buying it at Best Buy and Best Buy barely carries an isle worth of product that this place does.Every nerdy kids dream store.They have everything to do with computers and I mean everything. “In general I really like shopping at Target stores. This particular location all of the employees working have always been very helpful. The cashiers are usually very pleasant. If you use their self check out their customer service people also always are helpful and normally go above and beyond. I've purchased starbucks at this location quite a few times as well. The employees behind the Starbucks counter are also very friendly. I often place orders for Drive-Up pick up. Usually my order is ready for pick up under the 2 hour time given. Majority of the time all of my items are given accurately. There have only been two occasions that I can think of where one item was missing an another item had been wrong. However I just let them know and they immediately fixed that for me. I love the atmosphere of Target stores in general. This particular location always seems pretty clean and well kept.”

Although my phone was not performing correctly Demetrius took the time to look at what the problem was. Thought we had it fixed but ended back up there, so he replaced that phone with a whole new phone. I'm glad I choose that store.”
