“These guys are awesome. I recently purchased a zero turn tractor. After mowing one time, I realized it did not have suspension on the seat. As a senior, this was just too hard on my back and hips. I called and let them know the situation and they were as nice as could be about returning it and upgrading to a higher model. Everyone from Mike the manager on down to Liz (brand new hire) were involved assisting the swap. The amazing part was how they all assisted each other to make this happen. A very cohesive group. I wish I knew everyone's name because about 5 employees were involved in the return process.”

“I experienced great customer service today around 5:45 pm at the self checkout. I wish I got the gentleman’s name, but he was so incredibly helpful and polite. He showed patience and kindness to me while a few of the other employees were in a rush and did not seem as interested to help. I had asked for help with something and he was the only one who went out of his way to do so, and I really appreciated that. He was so positive and patient. He had black hair, was around 17-20 years old I believe, and was working the self checkout near the women’s clothing. Whoever you are, thank you for your amazing customer service! You deserve a raise!”

“This bakery went above and beyond! I called around 9:30 am requesting custom cupcakes for same day ? I knew the chances were small. But my 2 year old woke up and declared “it’s Halloween!” and I wanted to surprise her with a family Halloween get together. I knew asking for Halloween cupcakes in March was already a big ask, let alone for same day. They said the best they could do was their standard white cupcakes they always have on stock and they could put spider rings in them. I was honestly so pleased with that as it was better than what I already expected in March. Much to my surprise, when my husband had gone to pick them up later that evening, they were orange and purple with Halloween picks in them. They were so cute and my 2 year old was SO HAPPY! Thanks for making our day!”
