I had to call back and Joseph was also very nice and attentive. They delivered my chair within hours. The delivery drivers; Tony and D were also very helpful and kind. Even hauled my old chair to the dumpster here where I live.

Also, there was another young lady who must have been a manager/supervisor- she was helping train Erica as well as other employees and she was so helpful! She took her time to really help me and went out of her way. They were both friendly, prompt, answered all questions we had and delivered quality customer service. This place is 1000xs better then ANY other metro pcs I've been in. Other locations could learn a lot from these 2.”

I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.
