I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.

My washer died and it is a Stackable one so very pricey, Arron's brand new Stackable washer and dryer was actually cheaper to by out right before 120 day's is up, it was totally affordable! Joseph was amazing I was able to do it all over the phone Joseph walked me through step by step and was very patient with me! And they delivered and set everything up! The two delivery men were on time and had it set up in no time,also explained how everything work's and answered all my questions! Outstanding work thank you guy's your hard work is very appreciated!”

“Everyone is super friendly and nice and willing to help wherever is possible I also understand they got a job and selling stuff is better but they dont seem to give off that type of energy. More or less letting you decide with no hassle but always giving recommendations or sometimes just having a quick chit chat. Nice place a ton of stuff in there take you a decent bit to go though everything if your just bored looking around. Solomon and (i forgot the other 2 names I talked to sorry...) super great people ? if you have any questions about anything dont be afraid to ask their staff seems to be very knowledgeable about the products in their store.”
