“My family and me all take our birds to casa and they get the job done our birds love it when we take them there and they enjoy the ride there workers and very kind and not rude at all my family owns 2 cockatiels 1 Quaker and 1 African ring neck and 1 Mexican conure and they do a very good job trimming there wings and there beaks I suggest casa la parrot to everyone I know who has a bird around the area”
“Just wanted to say I have always had a great experience here with the staff. They are a great group of people. My young son and I went today and he is obsessed with the reptiles and fish. A staff member by the name of Kat noticed this and offered to let him see a Halloween crab he was interested in. Even though we were not looking to purchase. Very cool! It’s little things like this that makes me a returning customer.”

“Staff was very accommodating towards my people aggresive dog.I had trouble finding someone who was willing to trim his nails and give him a full bath and blow out until I called one day to ask if we could try giving him a nail trim and grind.Very kind people who were willing to give it a go. My white german shepherds coat has never shined so bright before and I can't wait to make the next appointment.”
“I must say, my favorite girl for all inquires for my 7 animals, 4 cats , 3 dogs, 'BROOK' at NORTHLAND Dr location. She is always way over the top to help me with all my needs! Great personality, and so so helpful ! I'm so glad she's still at this location and she seems so happy working here !”
“I like the variety and availability of puppy stuff. Staff overall is pretty good and helpful. I’ve noticed some staff are more helpful than others but I don’t have any complaints.
I did have to do a return and tried to complete that online, but the refund never went thru so I’ll have to drive up to the store to get that figured out (but that’s a corporate issue and not the alpine store itself). I really like the online deals.”
“I bought 2 ferrets that were bonded from here and they gave me all kinds of stuff to go with them because they were the only ferrets there. The people were so nice. I would definitely recommend it and even possibly go back and purchase again.”

“I love this store it is primarily a man's shopping store but they do sell women's clothing.
The main thing I remember from this, and no laughing this does show my age, are in the 90s when all we had was dial-up internet I'm buying online was not a thing yet one looked forward to receiving their favorite monthly clothing magazine in the mail and among several one of them was Orvis.
I have to admit walking through this store brought back so many memories I had Beyond even thought about in 25 years.... thanks God now I really feel the old!”
“I was in town and used the dog wash for my very dirty dog and was highly impressed. I appreciated having my own room and all the extras included (dog treats, ear cleaner, brushes, deodorizing spray). I also appreciated the deep tubs & the high power blow dryer.”
“Pet friendly. Workers are kind and attentive. Very helpful.Just a reminder for visitors: ALWAYS ask for permission to touch someone else's animal. Parents -- please teach this to your children for their own safety AND for that of the animal you do not know.While we were there, we witnessed several children harassing people's pets while the parents absolutely did not care, even when asked to have their kids stop touching a pet.Don't be those people! This is a great store with great employees and nice products. Be nice!”
“Some items are a bit overpriced but it is convenient and sales are pretty good.—> TIP: dog washes are best do-it-yourself in town.—> TIP: dog wash closes half hour before store. Call ahead & ask how full they are; it helps!—> TIP: treats, brushes, combs, & nail trimmers are available for the bath (towels & forced air dryer also).”
“1st time at this new location. Everything is easily labeled with signs, I was able to walk in find the cat food I was looking for. Cashier was very friendly, asked if I had rewards with them and used my rewards as well. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes with some light browsing to see what else my cats may want ?”

“They almost made me feel guilty for adopting a "difficult " dog. I understand they want to make sure it's a good placement and that I fully understand what I'm getting myself into, but when I said I would take him, the counselor kind of threw up her hands and said "ok! But it's going to be months before you can pet him or do anything with him!" I adopted him anyway and 2 weeks later, he is adjusting nicely...goes for walks, is home trained, sleeps in his kennel...and let's me pet him and give him kisses.”
“The cursor service is good, but some employees lack knowledge about start is on display. It's not a big deal, but it could be useful to have, let's say, a detailed printed brochure or booklet for fish on display. The store is nice and clean. The prices or deals could be better.”
“Stopped into the store to buy a heat lamp for a bearded dragon yesterday around 4pm and when I say it was such a pleasant experience it really was!!! I wish I would have gotten the Ladies name who helped us, even while she was training a new employee because she was so so so nice! She was helpful, full of knowledge of the products in the store, and honestly it was just such a top notch customer service experience!! Give her a raise, she’s amazing!!”
