“Had a great experience with Hudson M at the T - Mobile store in Lansing Mall today. Having purchased a new phone elsewhere he was still able to do the transfer of old to new. That doesn't always happen at other carriers in my past experience. I'm not tech savvy -- Hudson was very patience & never talked over our heads. Explained as he went along so we understood what was happening. Great customer experience. Thank you Hudson. If looking for new carrier try T-Mobile & Hudson. Give them a chance. Glad I did. “Went into the store today to switch from At&t. We've been having billing and service issues with our current provider. Alex and Garrett helped us go through the different plans for home internet and wireless cell service. Both were very professional and extremely helpful. We spent 4hours going over devices, service and options. They were eager to help with questions and provide us with options that fit our budget. My wife and I were able to upgrade to new phones, home internet, watch and tablet for comparable price to our current provider. Currently we only have 2 cell phones and internet which has been less than reliable and costs as much as what we will be paying for 4 devices through T mobile. We couldn't be happier with how well we were treated. Both Alex and Garrett were patient and extremely helpful! Thank you!”
