“A few weeks ago I stopped at the AT&T Store in St. Johns, Michigan. Derrek was professional, polite, knowledgeable and patient (I am a senior citizen).
I was having an issue with converting my text messages from Samsung Messages to Google Messages. He helped me all while keeping the phone in my view and answered my multiple questions.
This recent experience with AT&T is in stark contrast to my experience at the Saginaw Street Store in Lansing. I was helped at that location last year and the customer service was horrible. I will never return to that location.

“I have to give a major shoutout to Donald Norton for providing one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
Donald has genuinely changed my entire perspective on T-Mobile. There was a point when I wasn’t completely sure about staying with the company long-term, but the level of service, patience, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care Donald has consistently shown completely changed that.
He doesn’t make you feel like you’re just another customer or another transaction. He takes the time to listen, explain your options, answer questions, and make sure you actually understand what you’re getting. Most importantly, he makes you feel like your business is truly valued.
Because of Donald, I’ve remained locked in with T-Mobile, and that says a lot. Great products and pricing are important, but having someone who builds trust and creates a great customer experience is what ultimately keeps people loyal to a company.
Donald represents exactly what customer service should look like. T-Mobile is fortunate to have someone who understands that relationships and trust are just as important as making the sale.

“3/14/26 - after making a mistake by going to Walmart to switch my service from Verizon to T-Mobile, let’s just say that Walmart reps have no clue as to what they are doing. So how did I solve my number wasn’t ported and other issues? I went to the actual T-mobile store. I didn’t expect much because they never signed me up. But was I totally wrong! John and Garrett went above and beyond to solve all of my issues and gave me the trust I needed with my T-mobile service. It is very rare in today’s world to actually meet and have customer service reps care and smile the entire time while dealing with frustrating issues. I couldn’t thank you guys enough. T-mobile and your boss hopefully know your dedication to the company and customers!

“I had the most amazing experience when I went in to Metro by T-Mobile here on West Saginaw! I met with Garry at 6:41p (right before close), desperate, in need of a phone plan and something affordable stat as my sim card purchase wasn't compatible with my phone. Garry was super helpful, able to be calm and empathize with me, he was such an attentive and efficient customer service representative and salesperson. I highly recommend going to this place, the workers are kind and caring and will make sure you get the plan that's best for you. If you want quality service you feel you can always return to and be a life-long customer of; go to Metro by T-Mobile on W Saginaw next to the tux place.”

“I personally really loved google fi(and I still do) but I needed a new phone and man.. they threw a pitch I could not swing at haha. Aside from that though, the sales agent we spoke with was awesome, I have autism/pretty severe anxiety and I felt so comfortable and excited the whole process. Usually after committing to a big contract or repayment I get pretty uneasy feeling about it like I’m not fully sure if I wanted to do it but, yeah I’m sold. He was awesome, we got an awesome deal, I pay about the same for more now through Verizon, and then to top it off too. After I got home and went to set up my phone I did need a little help with customer service and wow, I never ever feel like I get good customer service when it comes to technical issues lol but Verizon was on it, personable, and fixed my issue very quick!! I’m sold on Verizon lol. The agent we had spoken with, his name was Kadison, get this man a raise!!!! 😂”
“We went to our local Verizon location after a crisis involving a broken phone. Needing a speedy replacement, I was able to add a line to my account and get a free Samsung S26. I also added internet and received a substantial gift card!
Haley was *amazing*. Very friendly, kind, and professional. I got several compliments, although it could have been a sales tactic, the gesture shows good taste. Another very friendly young lady also assisted us, although I don’t recall her name. The manager was also very helpful!
