“Impeccable service. Got a gallon of sealer and at checkout not one but two employees made sure to give me stirring sticks and a tool to open the canister, both things I didn't even realize I needed. So thankful I purchased from this store where they truly took care of me.”
“Went there to get staples for my staple gun and walked the entire store and could not find them. There was only one guy there and he was at register and also running back and forth helping other customers. I asked him if he was the only one here and he said, no, all the others are in the back. He did help me find the staples only to have to run back up front to check someone out. I've been there before and there's always someone one the floor helping customers. That was on a Monday afternoon.”
“Whoever was working on the closing shift on 1/12/24 deserves a bunch of raises. They stayed open for my fiance to get a generator when the power was out and even had it loaded in his car while he was checking out. We will forever be thankful.”

“This is the best hardware store we've ever been to. Immediately as we walked in the door we were greeted with a genuine warm welcome from the staff. The bearded gentleman asked us right away if he could help us find anything. We took him up on the offer and he was able to get us everything we needed! During check out we could just feel the small town, small business vibes as they greeted most guests by first name. We left there feeling like we could have hung out there all day. Kudos to C&R Hardware for creating a very strong small town business!”
