“I went to "We Fix It" inside Batteries Plus to get my phone looked at. It keeps not recognizing that the sim card is in. Cory offered to take my whole phone apart and diagnose the problem for free! He was far too kind.Unfortunately, my phone had no visible issues so we still couldn't figure out what the problem was (I'm waiting for a new sim card to arrive, I now believe the problem is the sim card itself), but the service was phenomenal and I'll definitely be back again if I have other issues with my phone! “Bought a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon rear wiper. They had good brands like Bosch, RainX. Google search showed Walmart had this wiper for $7.67, O'Reilly charged $11.56. Got it from O'Reilly only because I didn't want to drive all the way to Walmart”

“I really appreciate two gentlemen today. They were kind, professional and helpful. I got my battery test and was suggested to change to a new one due to the end of battery life. I knew I had to change it right away since I already had my car jump-started twice within a day. But It was raining quite heavily outside and it could be dangerous to get the battery installed. Still, they managed to find a place nearby where I could park my car partially under the roof so the hood wouldn't be caught in the rain. The work was done quickly and so far no issue with my battery. Thanks again for helping.”

“Had the best experience with thisO'Reilly Auto Parts, in particular with the associate Nadine. In the middle of our 1st winter storm of the year my windshield wiper literally blew of the car on my way to work because of the ice chunks falling and being too heavy. Nadine to the rescue! She had special order wipers delivered to her location within an hour. Despite freezing temperatures and heavy winds, she installed them with a smile and sent me on my way. A massive thank you Nadine!!!!!!”

“Store associate was very helpful in helping me figure out why my windshield wiper wasn’t working. All I needed was a bolt which he figured out rather quickly. I had been to multiple shops and auto stores and no one was nearly as helpful as the man that helped me last night . My receipt says Salvatore not sure if that’s his name but if so thank you again !”
