“Great store. Good selection. Good sale on yeti products. I bought lawn fertilizer. However, The young man at the counter was a definite disappointment. First he was not helpful to the elderly gentleman that was in front of me. He was asking questions about the item he was purchasing. The young man at the register had a standard answer. “Idon’t know anything about it” that’s what he said to me when I asked a question. I get it. It’s annoying. However, the store was not busy. He could have been nicer about his attitude. After ringing me up he never offered to help me carry my 60 pound bag of fertilizer to my car. Which I don’t expect, whatsoever. My son, would have done it. Just sayin. Another customer had previously asked to help me which I declined. Iam 60 years old and can handle it. There are carts as well. It’s just the point. Maybe someone else might need the help. Anyway, the store is nice.”

“I was in need of a couple small hardware items that did not seem to be available locally, and for which shipping costs made it prohibitive ($3 for the items plus $15-$20 S&H!). RBrooke was no different - when I emailed they said sorry, their sales & shipping process makes cheaper impossible for internet sales. BUT then the guy on the other end said, "But I just could send you the parts for free." Arrived a few days later, at no cost to me. I can't say much for their process, but the people and customer service philosophy are excellent!”

“Have a very old Sears craftsman opener which needed the keypad replaced. Received the keypad and tried to program without success. Contacted Door Openers late on a Friday afternoon and received an immediate response from Marc. He went right into troubleshooting, asking what units were working and asked for the model numbers of the pieces I had. On Sunday evening I get an email from Marc saying that I had an additional unit plugged in to the wall outlet connecting to the motor unit. I never knew it was there. Simple instructions from Marc followed and within minutes of programing, I had a functional key pad.Happy I found these guys online. Fast shipping, great pricing and the best in customer service.”

“This is a good place to go if you need high quality landscaping tools. Redmax, Shindaiwa, Echo, X-Mark, Scag, Toro. They can be pretty helpful and if you're a professional landscaper you probably already know. They need to open thr bigger location they were supposed to open years ago. The size of the location is one of it's greatest shortcomings. Because of the size there are very limited floor models to look at. I would like to see a mower in real life before purchasing. I would have purchased an upgrade to my mower by now if they had a good one in but they haven't. That might be good though, keep us from unnecessary upgrades.”
“This review is so so long overdue that I’m ashamed because I waited so long and because I don’t know the employees name I want to make notice of for her constant excellence in customer service and here recently, dealing with my mother who has some cognitive issues with her aging health.
I stopped in yesterday to purchase a Zevo bug zapper for my apartment that upon ridiculous boredom and watching two flys come to their demise, works like a charm.
What needs mention though is the woman who always seems to be at the key cutting counter. I have had the pleasure of dealing with her repeatedly since moving back to Michigan and have needed keys cut and various other hardware items. Not only is her knowledge of the store beyond awesome, her patience and customer service is exceptional. She is always polite, courteous, and quick with a joke for the right person. Her patience with my mother though was beyond exceptional and heart warming to know someone actually still cares in this world.
She is a five star employee that Ace should be proud of as an example.”
“I consider myself an avid woodworker/DIYer type who values the benefits of precision tools. Woodcraft offers a very large selection of medium to high end tools. While it shares similarities to Rockler, I think their focus is on providing the widest selection of higher end tools from around the world. IMHO, while Rockler has many great tools too (lower to high end tools), more often they push their own branded goods, which can be a hit or miss in terms of quality. While shopping at Woodcraft and seeking advice I feel that I'm getting useful feedback; While at Rockler I can get good advice as well, however too often I feel the impact of their corporate mission's mantra, that is to constantly upsell some gimmicky end cap item(s). Woodcraft rarely offers incentive sales while it's routine at Rockler. Honestly, both are great places, but Woodcraft certainly wins this race for the type of tools and brass tacks approach.”

“This place saved Christmas for my family! I was last minute with getting our tree up and by the time I did we couldn’t find the artificial tree base. My 8yr old was so sad he thought Santa wouldn’t come without the tree. I went to 10 different places with no luck. I finally found this place and not only were they willing to go out of their way to make sure I got a tree stand, they made an offer for a used stand for $2! The $2 stand was a perfect fit! I am beyond grateful!”
