“The printing team is top notch! I trust them to be kind and dependable. Even when I know they are busy, they slow down to answer my questions and give me guidance on my printing needs. As a local author and educator, this means a lot. They are also open late, which has been helpful.
Now, I am planning a large event. My knee-jerk for such a large order is to "shop local." But the kindness and patience I recieve from Chris and the rest of the printing team IS local. “I did a return of an eBay purchase. One of those deals where eBay sends me a QR code and FedEx prints the label. All went according to plan. Smooooth! The store is huge with several available services. Lots of staff on hand. I got immediate assurance with my little project. Overall a good experience. FedEx rates were $20 cheaper than UPS, BTW according to eBay.”

“My daughter was a camp counselor/lifeguard in Kentucky this summer. At one point, she replaced her phone which had a sleeve for her drivers license. I had to ship her passport to her so she could fly home. Molly assisted me and she was fabulous-helpful, professional, kind. I left my Tul pen on the counter and she brought it out to my car as I was leaving and returned it to me. (I love that pen.). Top notch service. (My daughter found her phone on the last day of camp.)”
“FYI, this FedEx office shop comes up as an option when searching for a notary, but they don't actually have one on site, the FedEx website offers virtual notary but they don't have an in-person notary here.”
“David and the gentleman that helped my wife find her package on the truck that had just arrived from Grand Rapids went above and beyond their duties on Saturday, Aug 23, 2025.
We very much appreciate the men on staff that day, especially David who made sure the package was found, offered support for the urgency, and gave my wife spiritual advice which was priceless.

She never sounded irritated or annoyed with me and like I said, she was very helpful.”
