“Kohl’s is generally a good place to shop and they have a solid selection of clothing and home items. You can usually find what you’re looking for if you take the time to browse. That said, some items feel a bit overpriced unless there’s a sale, and it can be hard to track down an employee for help. The store also isn’t always organized the best, which makes shopping take a little longer than it should. Overall though, it’s still a reliable spot, especially when the deals are good.”

“Nice clean store with large selection of Women's, Men's, and Kids clothing. Small amount of housewares and wide selection of sporting goods. Great price on brand name clothing including Nike, Under Armour, and Adidas, as well as Carhartt and so much more. My personal checkout ecperience: I brought up a clothing article that was missing the store tag (only had the manufacturer tag), the associate had me go back into the store to grab another of the same item to ring it up. She was polite about it, but it was inconvenient because I had a child with me and we had to hike all the way to the back of the store and back to the register. But I understand that she needed it to ring up the item. Overall, a good experience and I will be back!!”

“Called another adjacent place about getting a couple 100# propane tanks recertified and filled. Was told it would take 5-7 days and cost $65 apiece just for the certification, then the cost of propane on top of that. Called Purity and they told me $6.50 certification cost per tank, and they could do it while I waited. Once I got there, they told me that I could just exchange the expired ones I had for full ones, and avoid the re-cert charge. Total came to ~$165 to leave with two full, certified tanks. Just the certification alone next door would have been $130. Good to work with and great prices. Thank you!”

“This is one of the only stores around that stocks t-shirts in the rare size LT, so it's basically my go-to t-shirt destination. I rarely notice long checkout lines, but when I do, they seem to move very quickly. I have had very good customer service experiences overall. This is a great store!”

“Aisles were narrow so tough to maneuver with a cart on a busy Saturday afternoon. Lots of treasures & gift ideas but we need king size sheets & they were gone! Long line at checkout but they kept people moving & our cashier was/is a Michigan fan & was quick & polite.”

“I've went here for over 20 years and its been fairly consistent. The pictures for this review are not all recent, just what I had in the camera roll.

On average, its a pretty clean store, no complaints. The parking lot is tidy most of the time, with the carts in the corral. There are plenty of parking spaces, only getting super tight on/near big holidays. On average, the lot feels pretty safe. Pick up orders are near the middle of the parking lot near the building. Those workers are pretty nice, and pick up orders are usually stress free.

The workers are friendly. When they stock, sometimes certain isles are impossible to navigate. I'm unsure why they dont always take in consideration that customers are shopping. Once COVID hit, and the open hours were cut, I was surprised that they dont use the off hours in order to stock. Seems logical, but I'm not a meijer manager so I dont know those logistics.

There are rodent traps near the garden center doors for the last several months. A bit unsightly, but I'd rather have the traps, then the rodents running around.

Product variety is sometimes iffy for certain items but plentiful for others, and I chalk that up to a distributor issue. Other local stores carry a larger variety (a large competitor) for quite a few things, like certain protein bars, for instance. It is what it is, and it must not be a deal breaker for me since I still shop here. They do stock seasonal items early and plentiful. The Christmas pictures are from years past, and shows the cleanliness.

I use the reward system and related specials to accumulate points. i use those points to get $1 off every gallon at fill up. Worth it, especially now that gas is quite pricey. I've had 2 occasions in the last year where the registers were down in the store, or rewards system could not be reached. It happens, and not fun but inevitable.

My biggest gripe? The bottle return center is often neglected. I've had quite a few times where they didnt open it at the scheduled time, and its a pain to have to go into the store (in the winter!) and tell them that they forgot to open it. Also, sometimes upon opening, a few bottle return lanes are full from the night before, which leans in to the feeling that the bottle return not being a priority. I've included a picture where it was at least 10 minutes late to open, and the line was forming.

Despite flaws, its a decent store, and I will continue to shop here.”

“I got there to pay on my credit card as they were locking the door at 8:00. I got a little snippy with the lady as I had had a long, bad day. She decided to let me pay and had the cashier turn her cash register back on. Was I ever grateful for the cashier and for Denise who let me in.”
