The care they took with packaging was amazing, every piece was individually wrapped and each box (5 total) was expertly packed. Although working with us over the phone their communication was excellent keeping us apprised of each step along the way and providing us with all documentation and follow ups as necessary. They were so friendly and as we understand it the franchise owner made a special trip in Friday evening to ensure everything was properly packed. Not only did everything show up in perfect condition, it also arrived much sooner than we had hoped for.

Outstanding Service — Above and Beyond!

I had to stop by the UPS Store on Drake Road today to get some important documents notarized and print out some pictures for a trademark filing. The woman working there went above and beyond to help me — she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was printed clearly, notarized correctly, and even helped me organize my materials. It meant so much to me, especially on a stressful day.
